Healing Word Church - Granbury (TX)

Cathy Castro My husband and I both agree that we have finally found our church after years of being invited, visiting and exploring others. FBCTS is a small church with a feel for kindness, diversity and speaking/teaching Gods word passionately.

Martina My family and I visited this church as part of our journey in checking out various Christian denominations. Upon entering the church, we were greeted with smiling faces. Once seated in the pew, we were given a lovely canvas bag with some goodies inside, including a homemade loaf of bread! The service itself was lovely with Scripture readings, prayer, communion, and the singing of beautiful songs. Something extra special was the acknowledgement of peoples birthdays and wedding anniversaries. I would most definitely recommend Good Shepherd Episcopal Church of Granbury as a place of worship!

Martina My family and I recently attended this church as part of our own personal journey in visiting different Christian denominations in Granbury. We were running a little late, but we were nevertheless greeted with friendly faces. Each family member was given a little crochet cross that we were to pin onto our clothes to let others know that we were visitors. What a neat concept! It was a full house of God, and everyone joyously sang the hymns, and eagerly participated in the service overall. There was beautiful organ playing as well. Upon our departure, we were given a bag of homemade cookies. Truly a memorable experience!

Martina This was my first time ever to step foot into a Presbyterian church. My family and I arrived just as the bell was to ring for service. This is a beautiful church with wooden floors and pews. Not too big, not too small; just the right size. We saw predominantly older people there, with a few younger faces. A very friendly congregation, though. The choir was really good, and I know there is a fantastic hand bell choir, too!
