1 /5 Fnta777: I had a terrible experience with Aiilisha and wouldnt recommend her to anyone. I went in for my eyebrows, but she was extremely pushy, trying to upsell services I didnt want. She made rude and racist comments about my skin tone, saying my neck was "too dark," I have too "much discolorations", and mentioned racist remarks towards Mexicans and Vietnamese people. As a Black woman, I found her remarks offensive and unprofessional. She pressured me into a facial, claiming it was natural, and that it would make my skin turn into 1 color, but it turned out to be a harsh bleach treatment that left my skin red, irritated, and sensitive. No change whatsoever, Her hygiene was disgusting--she reused the same brush and products that she put on her other clients to put straight on my face; she didnt wash her hands after cutting someones hair before touching my face. While my eyes were closed from the strong mask, she applied henna to my eyebrows after I repeatedly told her not to, leaving them looking awful. Now my skin is irritated, and I even have bleach in the coner of my natural hair. Shes rude, racist, unhygienic, and pushy. Avoid her at all costs!

5 /5 m m: I’ve been coming her for the last 7 years to get highlights and alisha is always so attentive with detail and knows exactly what she’s talking about regarding hair care , the color lasts for months and always come out amazing!!

1 /5 Shaver1 TMPCS: Don’t go for a BOTOX treatment from her. She will put a chemical, and then straight ur hair thats it. (No straightening at all) Ruined my friend’s hair, started blaming on her that your hair were already damaged, When asked for the refund, she misbehaved that i worked on you, your hair was already burned before. Before doing that she was pushing her to get a treatment, even she offered so called discount. After that, she started passing racist comments that u people are like that and my 95% customers are white lol When asked for the name of that cheap product, she said thats my secret product i will not tell u, after many arguments she said i will send u the picture of the product She also mentioned, that you guys did not give me 2 million dollar

1 /5 Bijfulani: I had the misfortune of working with this lady and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She barely acknowledged me, and when she did, it felt like I was a burden rather than a client. Her attitude was cold and unprofessional, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Its clear she doesnt care about customer service or creating a welcoming environment. She was not attentive or respectful of my time, and I felt completely disregarded. If youre looking for someone who values professionalism and a positive attitude, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

5 /5 Alexus Lopez: I officially love this salon. The owner is amazing! She is great at what she does. I have been visiting Ms. Alisha for brow threading for almost a year and I never walked out upset about her work! I definitely recommend!
