Even though the insurance company recommended a different repair shop, our interactions with Nikki at J&S was exemplary. She was friendly, thoughtful and professional. She explained the process and set us up with a reservation for the repair service. Her level of customer service should be recognized and rewarded.

epell294 Daniel, the owner, took care of me and went above and beyond. You just don’t get that kind of old school hospitality anymore respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful. He listened to exactly what I wanted for my exhaust and nailed it. The work was fast, clean, and done right the first time.Hands down the best muffler shop in the Kyle, Lockhart, and San Marcos area. If I ever need more work done, I’m definitely coming back!

Christian Boddy I was having some brake issues and Michael was able to get me in at my earliest convenience. He got in there and realized my brakes were still good, but still cleaned up the pistons and cleared out the dust! He was quick, happy to talk me through each part and help me understand what was happening so I’d know for next time! Great honest service and cheaper than any shop around!

Jenee Prewitt My family and I were on a camping vacation with our travel trailer. As soon as we arrived at the campsite (300 miles from home) the truck engine light came on, and my husband noticed our transmission was having an issue. We knew nothing of the area and relying on prayer, we took our truck to G&E. They were able get our truck in right away, locate the problem- which thankfully wasn’t the transmission, and fix it for a reasonable price. Because of the wonderful people at G&E, we made it home safely with our travel trailer in tow!!! G&E was truly a blessing to our family!!!! Truly knowledgeable honest people!

I called Firestone and Shawn was happy to oblige, he managed to get us in right away, and George our technician was a wealth of local BBQ knowledge. Shout out to both of you guys!
