Cory Choate Until this last Saturday, for the past 10 years I have had my haircut by the same person in Austin. Due to circumstances, I will no longer be able to have that person cut my hair. In searching for someone new in Bastrop, amongst many other salons, I came across Hairworks. My decision to choose Hairworks was based on the owner attributing her success, on her website, to God. I had the pleasure of Virginia cutting my hair this last Saturday. Being VERY particular about my haircut, I was skeptical of someone new! I was wrong! Virginia is PHENOMENAL! 10 out of 10 stars on the haircut by Virginia! The salon is very cute, very welcoming, and Virginia charges a respectable $25 versus others in town charging $55. Thank you, Virginia! See you in 2 weeks!

HumnBird I absolutely love my hairstylist Jennifer. Not only does she give a fantastic hair cut. Shes also quick fun to talk to & the best is shes very reasonably priced. Michelle Smith I recently called Mel with Call for Beauty to have my hair and makeup done for my 30yr anniversary and vow renewal. Mel was so wonderful and my hair and makeup was way beyond what I could have dreamed of. My appointment was set around noon. The vow renewal was at 6pm. My make up held up all afternoon and well into the night. My hair never fell and my curls stayed in my hair, which is a hard thing to do. Mel made magic happen for my special day and I highly recommend her for any special event anyone may have. I will be using her again.
