1 /5 Ray McKenzie: Its very frustrating when I visit a church, and I hear comments from the pastor that are culturally insensitive. If youre going to address politics, be mindful of the minorities who are present and how they may receive your comments - then again, maybe its better to just speak honestly so we know for sure that the church is culturally insensitive. There are too many cases when this happens during my experiences. Its extremely important for pastors to understand the lives of minorities and what we experience so they dont step on any "landmines." This was also one of the few instances when Ive visited a church and was not greeted at all. At some point, this church needs to understand that the Gospel is for all people. If you cant accept that, then close your doors permanently instead of damaging the message and ministry as instructed by Jesus.

2 /5 Sunbabyluv: I really like this church. I just wish the people that greet you and the people that are inside handing out programs were more friendlier to people of color. The greeters at the door will say good morning and hello but the people inside handing out the programs will look at you and turn their heads as if they never saw you especially if you are black. Ive witnessed it on several occasions. There is an uncomfortableness with black people at this church. But this church is 5 minutes from my house actually 3 minutes so what am I to do. I am a member of Lakewood Lakewood is the best it accepts all people. But every now and again I like to save gas and go 3 minutes from my house. Im going to continue to find something closer and something more welcoming. But for now this is it.

5 /5 Britni Coselli: I have never felt more at home than with this church. The pastor and leadership are awesome. They preach the Bible! The kids ministry is the best. And it is extremely welcoming.

1 /5 TiHu: This Pastor has become radicalized. He is not even hiding it anymore. The constant belittling of other pastors, political opponents " I cannot reconcile how a man of God sees nothing wrong a felon with 34 convictions but calls the gov of California a political coward". His true colors are really starting to show. Calling people losers in church is beyond my Christian understanding when he is obviously not so perfect. He is intentional in degrading minorities while turning a blind eye to the likes of his political godfather. I pray God touch you Pastor. You have really changed. You boldly and proudly say you dont care about the emails you receive. Just be bold and ask Minorities to stop attending your services because we can see through the insults. Praying for you.

5 /5 Emily: Grand Parkway Baptist is a church has changed the life of my family in so many ways. We invested many years in another church, until one day, when the Lord began to speak direction into my heart that it was time to leave everything we had known and try this church out. Long story short, God revealed to us in so many ways that GPBC was exactly where he wanted us to be, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the way we serve a God that sees us, knows us, and lead us here, which is exactly where He wants us to be. This church is a truth-speaking, bible-preaching, conviction-giving, Holy Spirit present, worship in song that will bring you to your knees, people who want to know you and be known, life-giving church. If you are looking to attend a church where you actually learn the truths of the bible, and not the watered-down false version of the gospel, then this place is for you. Pastor Neil isnt here to make you feel good about your sinful beliefs. He is here to tell the truth and teach what the Bible says, not what the world says. I love how he is about leading his flock well. Each Sunday we drive home, we have meaningful conversations about topics and reflection on topics that arent aways easy. Pastor Neil & Marcie are being used by God in powerful ways. Do you want to raise your children and students to actually KNOW, LOVE, AND SERVE the Lord? Because here is the place where it all begins. Childrens Ministry is actually MINISTRY. Student Ministry is actually MINISTRY. It is not childcare like other churches offer. It is not hanging out while parents are in service. It is actual ministry, and it will deeply affect their lives in the best way possible and gain many like-minded friends to do life with. Some of our favorite things in the short 6-months we have been attending.... Sundays as a whole and everything part of it, Bible-Studies, Womens Events, Mens Events, Nursery, Kids & Student Ministry, Re:gen, Membership Class, Community Group Nights, the staff and the church members, Personalized Baptisms, Mission Opportunities, the list goes on and on.... Thank you GPBC!
