1 /5 kiley c: I’ve paid Grand Nail Spa on Northwest Highway a visit a few times, mostly because my friend goes here and loves it. However, I have had nothing but bad experiences here, unfortunately. My nails, regardless of if it’s dip or gel, will come off in less than a week. I’ve never had this problem at any other salon. In addition, the salon is also very hectic and unorganized. I had an appointment this past Monday and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time for my nail tech, even though others who had appointments after me were getting their nails already worked on. I had multiple technicians working on me as well during my visit, which is quite frustrating when you have to re-explain what you’d like over and over again. It ended up taking over an hour for just a gel manicure… All in all, I think there is better nail salons in Dallas to choose from.
