1 /5 Stephanie Barragan: I’ve been coming here since 2016 and yesterday was the last time I will ever go to this horrible place that left my eyebrows bruised and battered. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax which I always do and have been doing for years now but this time I had a person I’ve never had before, I didn’t think it’d turn out to be such a huge issue, if you don’t know how to do it, leave it to the professionals and don’t be money hungry. I was in a lot of pain during my waxing but I thought it was maybe a new wax or different technique, my eyes were extremely watery so when my brows were shown to me I couldn’t tell how they actually looked. I typically get redness from the wax but it goes away after half an hour or so, then I started to realize it didn’t and I was so uncomfortable, my brows were stinging and there’s literal small pieces of skin PLUCKED OUT and they didn’t even get the actual hairs needed, my eyebrows look bad, I have major sensitivity on them now and I’m gonna have scarring now because they did an unprofessional job. I have friends that come here and I’m going to tell them to go elsewhere because nobody should leave a “salon” looking like this. DONT COME HERE
