Everything was spotless and clean. I appreciate the professionalism of everyone. I am so happy I decided to try Franklin Dental and found a new dental home. Thank you!

From the moment I arrived, I experienced a remarkably short waiting period, which is quite rare in medical and dental facilities. 5 /5 Changing Winds Woman: The office is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The staff is friendly and positive. Dr. Franklin is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. You sense that she loves her profession and take pride in her business. Her staff possess her attributes as well. I highly recommend Franklin Dental Center.

1 /5 Kee Green: Horrible experience! Was a patient here years ago. Decided to go back due to limited availability as current dentist only works 3 days a week. Number one they keep the door locked up as if theyre scared. Number two I had 2 communications with office before my appointment. Not till I arrived did they say my appt was cancelled for me not filling out some forms. Never received forms or calls- which they had incorrect/old info.....why not update this during first or second call? Nor took my insurance info. Receptionist was incompetent and struggled to type in email and number, requested I feel out forms in office and reschedule???!!! Id keep the door locked too with this kind of service.....

5 /5 Beej Long: Dental office requested I arrive 45 min prior to appointment despite my doing paperwork online the day prior. Surprisingly, they took me in immediately and began numbing my mouth for a filling 1/2 hr before my scheduled appointment! Both the dentist and dental hygienist have very gentle hands. Cleanings and fillings are practically pain free. A patient next to me evidently had a dentist phobia. I was impressed with how kindly the dental hygienist spoke to her, stopping frequently for the patient to calm down or to inquire how patient was coping. A few things here that Im not used to: Upon arrival, one must phone them to unlock the entrance door. Lots of paperwork ( mostly medical questions) to do online ahead of appointment! For safety they test patients blood pressure before starting. Other things that caught me by surprise during my 1st appointment: They require extra x-rays above what insurance companies normal charge during 1st appointment. Also, 1st appointment is just for x-rays and paperwork – no cleaning or tooth work.
