We were told the starter needed replaced by Midas in San Antonio. My daughter is younger and uses it, so she took it in. I told her I wanted to bring it to the Fix It Shop, because of the amazing service they gave my mom. It ended up being just loose battery wires. They saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest and good hearted people.

I heard this about them and then decided to try them out for a full brake job. Its been about a month now, and I can say they did a great job, for a fair price, fast, and with no nonsense. Fix it shop is exactly what people want and look for in an auto shop.

5 /5 Sailor Girl: They couldnt fix the noise, but assured me it is not a safety issue. Even though they replaced a belt, they didnt charge me. I will go back to them in the future. Auto mechanic shops would be wise to realize if you rip someone off once, you only get that persons business once. If you treat people well, they become loyal customers, recommend you to others, and give you a good review. I have already recommended Fix It Shop to one person and now Im posting a good review. Bryan Endsley Brent was amazing and his tech was a prodigy for his age with his knowledge and helpfulness. I was visiting from out of town and unfortunately had a passenger side axle snap while visiting the hill country. After speaking with Brent, he was able to get me in and out the next day and back on the road to home! I highly recommend Sparkys . Honest, competitive pricing and no bull service . I wish I had a local mechanic in Dallas like this! 5 stars across the board !

Jed Rogers I got a really happy granddaughter thanks to Jason! This old disabled vet grandpa is really happy too. Her 2012 Jeep Patriot was in need of some mechanical work. Jason quoted us a very reasonable estimate (I estimated the work required at $300 higher that Jasons). He kept us updated on the progress and had it out the door and ready to roll in a timely manner. The A/C works great as well as the other systems that he repaired. Jason has a great sense of humor too. We all need to humor in these trying times. Thanks for a job well done!
