1 /5 Eryn Pernarelli: I have been going to this facility for somewhere around 7 years. When they first opened they were really a good quality Clinic with high quality medical personnel. As things have changed over the years, the quality of the medical personnel has gone down as well as the customer service. They continue to change their policies in favor of themselves and it has become more about the money than the care of the patients. They miss important aspects of your health, so you must be on top of it. It used to be more of a family feel and now they have become more commercialized and an In-N-Out, just a number feel, unfortunately.

5 /5 Cest la vie: This was the nicest urgent care center Ive been to. Its in a complex with a coffee shop! Most of the staff was very professional and friendly. I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance company had not sent my insurance cards yet and the price was fair. The only minor negative was the manager seemed annoyed that I asked about the process to get reimbursed. (I was just asking questions so I would know what I needed to do). Aside from her, I am happy with how everyone treated my daughter and I.

5 /5 Tom Stanley: My wife was experiencing nausea & vomiting. We went to Urgent Care and received first class care. From the receptionist to the nurse to the NP who treated my wife. Cant say enough about the people & facility. So much better than a hospital ER! Special shout out to Lance Brumlow! He was conscientious, positive and expressed true concern! A solid professional!

5 /5 Connie Squyres: I was very impressed with Family First Urgent Care!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was top notch and VERY CLEAN!!! Mike Hubbard was phenomenal....he explained every step that he was going to do and then as he was working on me told me what was going to happen as he did each thing. Alcohol, numbing etc.....
