1 /5 JC Lee: Absolute thief! Rip off artist, I had to cancel my bank card & start a FRAUD CALIM against them for $313.95. They DIDNT replace the busted CV axle boot that was spewing heavy grease all over the truck…I know this for A FACT because I cleaned up the heavy grease as good as possible and I signed my name & initials on the busted black rubber CV axle boot in SILVER SHARPIE before dropping it off for repairs. They had my truck for 2-3 hours and called me saying it was “repaired” & “fixed, no issues”……Went straight home, I got out my roller, went under the truck and the SAME BUSTED, SIGNED BOOT was still on the truck and STILL spewing heavy grease through the cracked holes in the signed boot. I suspected fraud that I was being lied to bc for (2) days I’d been I calling around everywhere to all (3-4) of the major parts places (AutoZone, O’Riellys, NAPA, & Advanced) and NOBODY had a OEM fitting or a universal boot for a 2020 1500 Ram(m (bc it was too new?)….but he “found” one in 30 minutes & supportively put it on brand new?!
Fraudulently charged me $313.95 to stare at my truck for 3 hours & return it unfixed!
Avoid this place at all costs.
