A Phillips I wanted to bring to your attention that my Royal Manicure did not include the mineral mud mask, even though it was listed in the description and I paid for it. I tipped fairly and didn’t realize the missing service until I got to my car and reviewed the menu as I took photos. That’s not fair. Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt as though the staff was just going through the motions rather than creating a welcoming experience. I understand that everyone has long days, but a more positive approach would go a long way in making clients feel valued. Fellow clients, be careful, you may not get what you paid for. Read closely and sip your mimosa slowly…. Unfortunately, you have to constantly advocate for yourself here. I even asked for a menu twice, before finally being given one. To Management, See receipt: I noticed that my Royal Manicure was billed as a Lavender Treatment for $40, even though the menu lists the Lavender Treatment at $30. Regardless, I specifically purchased the Royal Manicure, which should have included a mineral mud mask. While I did receive the shoulder massage, hand massage, paraffin wax, and salt scrub, the mineral mud mask was missing. I look forward to your response and a resolution, such as a credit to make this right. Otherwise, I will have to adjust my review accordingly.

Kara Kulick This place is absolutely magnificent! I had Linda complete my powder manicure and then Mia complete my pedicure with a 5 minute massage add-on. I also enjoyed the complimentary mimosas. Both of my nail technicians were extremely kind and personable! Also, they have a bidet toilet with a heated seat!!? Overall, I was beyond pleased with my experience! 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back!

I came in wanting a clean, elegant French pedicure, and she delivered perfection. The attention to detail, the gentle care, and the flawless finish—everything was on point. The atmosphere at Fiji Spa & Nails is serene and chic, making it the perfect escape for some self-care. Jenny took her time, made me feel pampered, and left my toes looking photo-shoot ready (as you can see!). Amanda Bergin My second time at this salon and I can’t recommend it enough. The managers are attentive and welcoming. The staff does a great job. There’s a great selection of colors and it’s organized well in books rather than rings. They serve complimentary drinks- in a glass- makes a huge difference. The environment is open and clean. Kelly did a great job on my dip today (smooth, thinner as requested, consistent) and I will be back to see her in a few weeks.

domi when i find someone i like, i usually stay loyal to them. but i didn’t feel like making the far drive and needed a new set last minute. the reviews did not lie! i will most likely make this salon my new go to. i would highly recommend my nail artist Emily. she got me in and out with a full new acrylic set and design in just under an hour and a half. i’ve never had such a quick experience in the salon with high quality work. it’s also extremely clean, smells good, they offer free drinks, and everybody is very warm and welcoming. i will be back in about 3 weeks!

Jeeva Babu I have really enjoyed getting my nails done here. They are very kind, listen to you, are very attentive, and even gave me tips about what would look good on my nails. They never rushed me nor were careless with my nail care. The nail tech also checked if I liked how my nails looked and went to get another color when I said I wanted a darker shade. Although I was a walk-in, they ensured I still was attended to quickly.
