1 /5 Tricia Johnson: I first made my appt thinking the salon was located in Georgetown per the ad but it was in Round Rock. I was looking for someone closer but decided to go ahead. I used Google to find the studio but it kept dropping me off in the wrong place. I arrived maybe 10 min late and apologized profusely explaining what happened. This was for a 2+ hour appt. Jen immediately told me I was late and she had cancelled the appt. She didnt want to hear anything and told me I would have to reschedule but would owe the fee. Since I knew I was a few minutes late I was going to offer to walk out wet to make up for it but she would hear anything and told me to leave. I was pretty upset but left. Subsequently, she sent a nasty email to me which was very unprofessional. I would never go back. She charged me $190 for 10 min. I would give a 0 star if possible. Total lack of professionalism.

5 /5 Brittany A: We have been clients at Divas since their old address off Hwy 79. Elizabeth has done hairstyles for my daughters quinceanera, and we have been her clients for several years. Any hair color requests and cuts, Elizabeth has completed beautifully. Highly recommend the studio, as the owner and employees are professional and love their job.

5 /5 Shelia Kelly: Hortencia is amazing! I get my cuts, color and highlights done there and have absolutely loved how it comes out everytime! She uses amazing products that leave my hair so soft and shiney. The salon is beautiful and very well maintained, and their chairs make you feel like a queen. I highly reccomend Divas Hair Salon!

5 /5 Jo Vendl: I had a great experience with the owner who was available for a walk in for my daughter. She is mixed and has tight curls, and we had such a good outcome for her first hair cut. Ortencia was pleasant and patient, now Claire wants to go every week for a wash and style. I highly recommend Divas Salon.
