Sara Ill start by saying that the salon is clean and organized and the staff is friendly. I showed a picture of the artwork I wanted, and the look she gave me led me to think it may have been too complicated. I am a little disappointed at this point, as the pictures on the website showed for more detail and complexity. However, I had another pic that I showed her to which she stated was much easier. After the 3rd failed attempt at what was probably one of the simplest styles Ive done in years, the manager came over to try and fix it. Unfortunately, it was another failed attempt. I asked her to just draw a simple flower or lines on only 2 fingers in an effort to pull the two nail colors together and make it look more fall like. That was a failure as well. The website depicts an artistic capability that none of the 3 women in the salon possess. Its a bit of misleading and false advertising if you ask me. I gave 3 stars to reflect the cleanliness, organization, and pedicure, as the stone pedicure was nice.

K I really enjoy going here, I was referred by a local. My nails always look beautiful and last. They are clean and fast. Wynn and her sister are my favorites :)

Jordan Moody Used to be a regular customer here- they’ve paid less and less attention to detail every time I come. This last time was the final straw- I got navy nail polish and left with fingers stained blue. $110 for me to go home and fix it myself.

Sister Sister When I came into shop, my hands were rough and embarrassing....but oh my, when Alexis was finished with me...I was completely pleased. I am not from Texas, and every time I come back, I will come and see her! And...the pedicure was awesome!

Keshine Alexander Ive been coming to this nail salon for almost a year now since I moved to the area. Overall I can say that I have NEVER had a bad experience, from the receptionists to nails techs its always amazing. Ive tried a few different techs here but I can definitely say I have found my favorite. Emily is “AWESOME” She pays attention to detail and does an “AMAZING JOB” every time (my nails are natural so I only get dipping powder and gel polish on my toes). Emily is probably one of the best at nails that I have come across . She is super sweet and nice and you can tell she loves doing nails. Overall 10/10!

Kimmy Gaskins I decided to try a new salon, and I’m so glad I came to Lumiere! They work efficiently, and I love the atmosphere. They have every kind of nail color or product you could ever want. I chose to see Chi - she had some great reviews. I enjoyed chatting with her, and she does a great job! She asks at every step if things look good, and she checks to make sure you don’t need any adjustments. I definitely plan to return and I look forward to bringing my mom and sisters as well.

Frankie Marsh Love this place. Clean and quick. I go to Nani for my nails and Van for my pedicure. Picture below of Nani’s design— she always does a great job, very detail-oriented and makes sure her work is perfect every time! Van gives a great massage and works well with damaged nails. All tools are sanitized individually and they use liners in their pedicure tubs. Went to a bunch of local places and finally found them! Highly recommend.

Sara Richardson Great place to get your nails done!! I wanted to get a last minute pedicure for myself and my two girls. They got us in quickly, but what I really appreciated most was the high quality of the nail work and massage with my pedicure. My girls wanted some nail art and they were so happy to accommodate and even found a new fish design for my oldest. I also loved the relaxed atmosphere with simple piano music and clean decor.

Kristen D I love this place! It’s my first time getting gel x nails and I’ve been obsessed with the outcome of my nails every single time. The techs here are detailed, thorough, and do not rush. The customer service here is great the second you walk through the door. And to top it off, they have such wonderful ginger tea and Vietnamese iced coffee. :)

Kristol Blankenship After coming back from Puerto Rico we came to the Galleria Mall and my daughter and I came to La Palm Nails & Spa. The experience we had was phenomenal! We were getting a pedicure and manicure. There were 2 woman one for my nails and one for my feet and did them at the same time. The techs were so wonderful and made us feel comfortable. Great experience and we decided that when we need fills and pedicure we will come back here!
