1 /5 CC andDB: I recently had a gel pedicure with chrome at your establishment before my vacation abroad. Unfortunately, upon arriving at my destination three days later, I discovered that the polish on three of my toes had completely peeled off.
I contacted the owner to express my dissatisfaction, but he was dismissive and stated that since I was no longer present, there was nothing he could do. While I understand his point, I found his rudeness to be highly unprofessional, when a little empathy would have eased the loss of a $125 for a pedicure that didnt last 3 days.
Due to the poor customer service I experienced, I would not recommend your establishment to others. Furthermore, the owners dismissive attitude and lack of apology for the inconvenience caused have left me deeply disappointed.
I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and improve your customer service in the future.
