1 /5 Madison Ashcraft: This was my first time ever getting my nails done. The ladies seemed very nice, but the customer service was not very good. While my nails were getting done, I had asked the lady (who I will not name) to fix a few things. She proceeded to ignore me, and upon my last request, she made me go ahead and pay before she was done. I wasn’t sure if this was common or not, but I went ahead and did it. Ultimately, the nails ended up looking terrible, and four of my fingers were bleeding because she had cut my skin multiple times. Some of the nails were sticking upward, others were misshapen, the edges were chipping, and the sides of my natural nail were completely uncovered on some fingers. The polish was left on my fingers, as well as a good amount of glue, and the shaping was terribly done. I showed some friends what happened and they strongly advised me to go back and ask for a refund. Needless to say that when i went back, they refused a refund and barely listened to me because they were too busy talking amongst themselves in front of me. They said they would call me back later when the manager was there, and only offered to redo them or give me a gift card. I never returned to get the gift card because I don’t plan on ever going back. I had them redone somewhere else, and the new nails turned out beautifully. The cost to get the nails removed and redone, was equivalent to the poor service I received at nails USA. When I walked into the other salon to get my nails fixed, multiple customers there commented on how terrible my nails looked (which was extremely embarrassing(, and the salon specialists agrees that it was very badly done. I will not be going back, and I strongly recommend that y’all read reviews before you attend a nail salon. Yes the ladies here seem kind, but you won’t get your money back whatsoever. Something to keep in mind.

1 /5 Mya Campbell: I’ve been coming here since I was kid and this has by far been the worst service I’ve ever received. Poor attentiveness to customer! The work does not match the price. Lastly, the amount of cuts on the side of my finger is ridiculous. The tech really doesn’t care either unless you speak up multiple times.

5 /5 Kolyma Wessex: Ms.Lynn was so sweet she did an amazing job on my feet and nails. She paid attention to detail asking what color acrylic I wanted and even doing a test nail asking if I liked the color and style of tip. I wanted the white a little thinner and she did just that. She had no attitude, never focused on anything but her work. On my feet she had clean lines and cleaned up any residue on my skin. Ill be coming back :)

1 /5 Tanya Tilley: First time having gel nails and 2 different people working on me. One woman spoke the whole time in Vietnamese to the other. When I went to pay I questioned why I had 2 individual receipts and one with the total. Instead of explaining she went running to the other woman screaming "she doesnt want to tip" which was not true. I had already added the tip and signed the first receipt. The other woman slammed the receipt with both transaction on and said just sign. I did and added 20% tip. I thought it just a misunderstanding and went back as they actually did a great job. Well, my pedi was half done and didnt last a week. The man did my nails this time and actually spoke . But he didnt remove all the old gel and and just went over it. ! had lumpy thick nail as I didnt know the process until I went elsewhere. I left a 20% tip but they made it clear to never go back.
