Dill Short Review: Understanding, Willing to listen, knowledgeable and skilled in motor vehicle trade. Fixed my issue that came from another shop. I am coming back here again for other vehicles. Long Review: 2023 4Runner SR5 Premium 4x4 (after market front/rear struts and rear coil springs) On 12/26/2024 I originally took my car to a different shop to do an alignment. After waiting about an hour they finally took my car back. An hour later I get my car back with the alignment papers saying this is the best they can do due to the aftermarket parts I put on. Vehicle is now pulling hard right. Morning of 12/27/2024, I was referred to Elliotts Automotive by a friend with an F150 and custom suspension parts. I called Elliotts Automotive immediately and was able to make contact with someone knowledgeable and understanding of my issue. They gave me a rough run down of everything and gave a final statement that until I bring in my vehicle, this is the best info they can provide me. About an hour later, I arrived to the shop and was greeted by the front staff and the person who took my phone call. (I forget their name). They spoke with me, came outside and crawled under my vehicle ON THE SPOT in the parking lot. You dont see that anywhere else! We were originally planning to do it monday as I needed the car for the weekend and could not leave it. However, after the inspection, they said they could knock it out real quick. Took the vehicle to the back and no more than 25-30 minutes later, my vehicle was in the front with PERFECTLY aligned suspension. Something the other shop said it was IMPOSSIBLE to do. I paid my dues, and thanked everyone who helped fix my issue and walked out with a smile on my face and a straight true driving vehicle. This is now my go to location for all my vehicles.

Timothy Johnson If I could give 10 stars for these guys I most definitely would. This guys are truly awesome. I took my truck and my daughter’s car for diagnostic and repairs. The manager was upfront and honest. He did not try to feed me a line like a lot of other mechanics do to customers. He told what the problems were for our vehicles and I allotted them the opportunity to do the repairs. Their work was top notch and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs repairs. They may be the cheapest but they stand by their work. Awesome!!!!

Catherine M Took my car to Brown’s today, and within two hours it was ready to go. I’ve lived in Pearland for about eight years and have taken my car to him three times now. Every single time, he’s been honest, kind, and genuinely helpful. I’ve always meant to leave a review, but somehow it kept slipping my mind, not today! I never question where to take my car because the trust I have in Brown’s is unmatched. It’s rare to find that kind of reliability and care these days. 10/10. I’d recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Benjamin Griesel I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive! Ive had them do a full engine swap and also had them do a full brake change and both times they took great care of me. Jean-Paul was able to help diagnose and take care of any problems I had. He was very clear and knowledgeable and helped explain exactly what the problem was and was able to give me a fair price. Compared to my experiences with other mechanics in the area, coming to CBA has been a night and day difference and I will definitely be returning if other issues need to be fixed!

Tom X I called and I immediately got a text back about service. The guy that came Gustavo showed up with a great attitude and you could definitely tell he knew exactly what was going on. I thought that I just needed a jump and after trying to jump me with battery cables, and also a machine he told me that the smell that he smell was the starter. He gave me a a reasonable price and he was super transparent about parts and labor. He replaced the starter, showed me what was wrong with the old one and the truck started up with no issues.

Ashton Long I am so grateful to Noel for coming to my work so quickly. I got to work fine, turned the car off, and when I went to lock it - nothing! And the car wouldnt turn back on. Ended up being what seemed like a pretty easy and quick fix but I wouldve been stuck without a vehicle if he hadnt been able to stop by! Thank you so much!

Christen Barnhill This is the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. I brought my 2022 Yukon in after the dealership seemed to not want to help me. I was taking my entire family on vacation and was panicked that I wouldnt have a vehicle to go in. The mechanics stayed late and went the EXTRA mile to make sure my vehicle was safe and ready to take my family on a long road trip. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everyone in this shop was kind, understanding and very patient with me. And they offer veterans discount.
