Stormy 2020 I had a great experience with Caliber collision on 35 in south Belton. Josh was incredibly detailed when walking me the everything that was going to be fixed and how it would be done. He made sure I understood the whole process and kept me updated every other day with progress reports. My car was actually finished sooner than expected, and when I picked it up, it felt like getting a brand new vehicle back. Josh was there to make sure I was satisfied with it. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Thank you to Josh and the team for making a stressful situation so much easier. My head right light was out and a lady came to me and checked it out and said let me call my husband to check it out. James Fischer The young lady at the counter was awesome... sweet, kind, and patient. They had a problem with the air compressor but still got the job done. Ariel was my mechanic, and she did a great job. I cant recommend everyone who works here, BUT THESE 2 WERE GREAT! They also provide a phone charger for while you wait. They have complimentary mini can Coke products. Nice clean bathroom.
