1 /5 Just Curious Channah Haynie: Extremely impolite individuals They made me wait for two hours, then finally placed me at station 5 for an additional hour without providing any water. When I requested water so that I could soak my feet, the guy took 20 minutes to bring lukewarm water without any minerals. I politely asked if they could add something to soften my feet, but after 20 minutes of waiting, the woman at station 4 said she was not comfortable doing my nails. I calmly inquired why, but she simply replied that she wasnt comfortable. After waiting for 3 hours, I received no service, and I believe it was because the person in the video at the front desk didnt like me since I had told her she couldnt do my nails two months ago. The experience was terrible, and I expressed my dissatisfaction in a polite manner. However, they will waste your time and become defensive when you ask for the service you are paying for.

1 /5 jesusisreal77: Decided to give them a first time try because reviews looked good but I was highly disappointed at the results I got. Over charged first off for some simple mid plain black nails,,,and did not do a good job at all the man at table 2 with the glasses cut me a few times with the tools and did not clean up my nails after also did not fill my whole nail with power he left some areas not done so you can see my nail underneath. I had to ask him to fix one of my nails right because when he first started to apply the nail it was extremely crooked.i wanted to get diamonds but after this I was just ready to pay and leave.!!Highly dissatisfied!!!! I will never go back again.

5 /5 Cristy Martinez: This place is my Oak Cliff go to now. I love my cat eye nails. They have a great happy hour special between 10-2 on Tuesdays through Friday. They are quick and efficient. Jessie is the nicest. I am in here everything couple of weeks and I will continue to come here regularly.
