It feels like family and Penny knows me inside out and can be honest with me when I am about to make the mistake of my life with my hair. I can’t say enough good things about Cuttin’ Up. Best experience in all my saloncapades over the years. The owner is awesome and it shows in her daughter Penny. Fantastic place!
