She was so happy with it and learned great tips from Desiree that has helped with daily hair styling. We had been hesitating on going to cross and co since we are an hour away and the cost is more than we had spent in the past. BUT, well worth the visit there. Definitely recommend, and my daughter will be going back.

Ive had curly hair my whole life, almost 40 years and Ive never had the opportunity to have my hair cut and styled in its natural curly state! I live in Alaska and was visiting my sister for the week while my daughter was on Spring Break and Im so thankful Cross & Co had an appointment for me the week I was in town! I absolutely love my curls! Camara was my stylist and she was so sweet, kind, and professional! She talked me through every step in the process not only telling me what she was doing but also why she was doing it! She also recommended products I could order online and have shipped to me in AK so I didn’t have to worry about checking my suitcases at the airport. Veronica at the front desk was also very sweet and professional! She sent me a text reminding me of their new location which I really appreciate because I almost went to the old location. She also blessed me with a goodie bag with samples so I could maintain my curls during the rest of my TX visit! I look forward to visiting my sister again so I can get back into this salon!
