1 /5 Cas Kersten: First and last time here due to a bio hazard situation being mishandled.
The woman doing my toes snipped the skin next to my left middle toe—accidents happen, I get it—but the thing that really is an issue here is the lack of hygiene to deal with this. Of course I started bleeding due to the cut. She couldn’t get it to stop bleeding so she asked a man who seemed in charge (Ken?) to help. He did not have gloves on and was doing someone else’s manicure at the moment. He ended up touching my bloody toe, some sort of bottle of stop-bleeding liquid, and nail glue—which they poured all over my open cut (yes, that hurt)—and then went back to the lady’s manicure next to me without washing his hands, sanitizing the bottles he touched, putting gloves on, etc.
The snipped skin is one thing, but the lack of care to properly handle a bio hazard situation here is ultimately why I will not be returning.
