5 /5 Reji Kurian: We were looking for a new church home, and from the moment we walked into Commission Church, we knew we had found something special. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was full of love and life. The Word of God is preached with passion and truth, and the diversity of the church makes it feel like a true reflection of the gospel. It’s a caring, Christ-centered community that feels like family. We’re so glad to call it home. We have four kids—three are teenagers, and they love the youth group! Pastor Prince and Nicole do an amazing job connecting with the kids and making it a place they actually want to be. Our 9 year old also loves the Sunday morning CKIDS program All around, it’s a great church, and we’re so glad to call it home!

5 /5 Danielle Henry: I found this church over a year ago through, of course, Google, when I first moved to Plano. I wanted a smaller church where I was a person and not just a seat filler. Where people would notice if I wasnt there on a Sunday. Where I could plant myself and my family in my new town and feel the love of God from the pulpit and from the people I was doing life with. Commission Church is it. From the moment I was greeted at the door, I felt genuine care and love. The church is full of people rom every race, age, and color. My daughter loves childrens church and is learning Gods word there in a fun way. The word that is being taught by the pastor is fresh and spirit filled and doesnt just check boxes or have fill in the blank sheets for you. Even though I have grown up in church, I have never felt more at home, more planted, more sure that I am being mentored and taught how to live life to the fullest God has for me.

5 /5 Lupe Saavedra: We found this church doing a google search. We wanted a church close to home and that had a good kids and youth ministry for our children. Both my husband and I left that first Sunday morning feeling filled, excited, welcomed and seen. It’s been over a year that we tried out commission. We stayed because it’s a biblical church that is lead by the Holy Spirit. Everyone in attendance is kind and genuinely cares for whatever you are going through. If you’re looking for that faith community, you’ll find it here, it’s called love. That’s what commision is all about, loving God and loving people.

My first visit to Commission Church took place as the result of an invitation from a friend after the church I was previously attending closed, and I needed to find a new church home/ family to be a part of. After the warm welcome I received when entering the front door, experiencing the presence of God through worship and hearing Pastor Ashish minister the word along with experiencing the love and community at Commission Church, I strongly felt this could be a place where I could fit in, grow in my relationship with God and where my giftings and callings could continue to be used and grow. The final piece of confirmation that I needed in order to make Commission Church my church home was how my elderly Mom was going to be received and treated since the church I would be attending would also be her home church as well. When I brought her to church for the first time, every member made sure to love on and make sure that my Mom had anything that she needed and watched out for her safety. I can truly say that everyone loved her, and she loved them until the day of her passing in 2024. This is a church community that has stood with me through the mountain top experiences and the valley times in my life and has encouraged me along the way to continue to fulfill the call of God on my life. For the reasons stated above, is why I am a committed, active member of Commission Church going on now for three years. I highly encourage you to come and visit if you are looking for a new church home!
