Charter came highly recommended so I decided to talk to them. Andy and team quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me all my options all during the new years holiday. I had the flexibility but given my situation they were willing to take care of me during the holiday. When they worked on it they clearly communicated how they wanted to work on my truck and when. They were very efficient, right on time and the price was very fair. I can’t express how grateful I was that my truck waited to have issues when and where it did leaving me feeling truly blessed. While traveling to Fredericksburg with my wife and kids the AC in my truck stopped cooling. Even late on a Friday of a holiday weekend, Charter Automotive was able to get me seen and solved the problem. My family was nice and cool throughout our stay and on our trip home.
