He helped me get a tow truck, fixed my car at an incredible price but Jerrys customer service is EXCELLENT. His willingness to address other issues didnt go unnoticed. Ortizimus Maximus EUREKA!! Finally!! I found an honest mechanic. Omer, is very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient and honest. Very transparent interaction with him. No hidden charges or fees. He changed the alternator on my daughter’s Buick Encore. It’s a big job because you have to remove one of the motor mounts but, he was able to do it in the timeframe he gave me. He returned my car to just as clean as brought in. Amazing work ethic! Achilles Johnson Dropped it off with not even a days notice & these guys took incredible care of my wheel alignment in just 2 or so hours.I can feel a massive difference in the stability of the car when turning , accelerating & in wet conditions . They even educated me on Mustang cambers and checked in on me a few weeks after to make sure everything was still running fine. While i was there, a lady brought her daughters car to be repaired and I could also tell not just by my experience, but by their interaction that they’re good people in addition to the great work & service they provide.
