5 /5 Emilie Klingman: My mom and I went to Castle Nail for my birthday. We just did our natural nails, but the manicure and polish got our hands feeling great and looking beautiful! The forearm and hand massage felt so relaxing. The polish was applied neatly and looked flawless, which I know is difficult with natural nails. Brenda was patient as I chose 10 colors for my rainbow nails, an important reminder of hope for me as I’ve been through several medical procedures lately. It would be helpful if pricing was clear online. We paid $29 each for the step up from the most basic package, and ours included paraffin, fyi. Thanks, Brenda and Castle Nail!

1 /5 Sonia Jiwani: After coming here for several years, and seeing it get taken over my new owners this place has progressively changed and quality and integrity of the nail products are terrible. I bring all my friends and guest from out of town only for them to tell me their nails Chip and break within a week. This was the last straw for me. I have given this place numerous chances and they simply just have cheap old products and nail polish selection is not great and you can tell the polish are old and dried up. The manager is rude and doesn’t have any knowledge on conflict resolution. My pink and white set broke twice within one week. Expect your nails to break or chip within a week. Save your money. This is not what it used to be. It’s just not it

1 /5 Sandy P: The guy behind the counter told the tech to charge me $5 for a tip that popped off since it was outside their 10-day period. I told him it wasn’t within 10 days and he proceeded to argue with me. One view of my nails would show it was a relatively recent job. Rather than making a scene in the store, I called from my car. He hung up on me when I asked for his name and the owner’s name and number. I called back and again he refused to provide this information. He falsely identified himself as the owner. Although I know others who have experienced rude behavior from this salon, I continued to patronize the salon since week one of its opening approximately 13 years ago. NO MORE! To the Owners: Why do you choose to be represented by someone who clearly lacks the knowledge of good customer service, is disrespectful to your customers, and is honestly a turn-off to customers? Don’t forget, you are not the only game in town. Sayonara!

3 /5 Sonia Nathani: I got a pedicure today and the nail tech was nice but she wasn’t wearing gloves during the pedicure (which I haven’t experienced before). I knew something was different but by the time I realized what it was she was already halfway through with the exfoliating scrub. She put it on after I asked her to but feel it’s odd and unsanitary to not wear gloves. Don’t think I’ll be back. She did a good job otherwise and I was the last person there so I’m glad she was able to accommodate me.
