1 /5 Gerrica Frazier: I got pedicure by Katy and she rushed my pedicure after I expressed about getting a basic pedicure. I did not receive a massage, she dried my feet and legs with a paper towel, she filed my toe nails crooked. You also only get a 5 minute soak. At the end they expect you to leave a tip. I will not be returning.

1 /5 Emily Barrow-Sparkman: I spent $150 to get re filer polish on my toes and dip only nails for the holidays. My nails have never looked worse. I asked the girl to fix it and she said it was just on my skin so I asked the checkout girl and she tried to fix the one that had a chunk missing but didn’t do a very good job either. The polish isn’t on my whole nail, and there’s dip powder all over my fingers. She didn’t even file my nails straight. I know I have short nails, but it was really poorly done. I am disappointed because the place has a nice ambiance.

Her meticulous attention to detail and gentle touch made the entire process incredibly relaxing. The salon itself was impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. From the moment I stepped in, I felt pampered and cared for. If youre looking for a top-notch pedicure experience, I highly recommend!

1 /5 Cecilia Stepney: One and done for me. First time customer and it will be the only time. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff at the front register. Olivia did my pedicure. I told her it was my first time in. I asked for the price list and she gave me the book listing all the services but pointed only to the most expensive pedicures as if that was all they offered. I feel that was disingenuous and very shady. I chose a French pedicure and it is the worse polish job I have ever had. I did not tip because it was bad and no Olivia never asked me if I was satisfied. But a tip was expected and the young woman at the register gave me the 3rd degree about not leaving one. I explained why and she told me that what I wanted would be extra. But offered to do it over. I declined and told her that should have been clarified up front. Since I have never had a French polish done in this manner how am I supposed to know that there are differences. This is their business and they should explain things to customers if they want to keep them. There are nail shops every few hundred yards around. Look elsewhere for good service.

5 /5 char scarborough: I ended up here when another local salon could not accommodate us for 2 manicures and pedicures, but Im glad we went here! they were such a great team and worked on both at the same time! i really enjoyed chatting with Silvia and Mina while they took care of me and was very impressed with my results. i will be back here for sure!
