5 /5 Ken Boyd: I recently returned to Boardroom Styling Lounge in Watters Creek Village for my second appointment with Graciella, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the stylish and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is perfect for a relaxing hair experience. Graciella is an absolute artist when it comes to haircuts! Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in every snip. She took the time to discuss what I wanted, ensuring that we were on the same page before she began. I appreciate how she listens to my preferences while also offering her professional insights, which always leads to fantastic results. As she worked, I could see her passion for her craft. It’s clear that Graciella is a true perfectionist, and that quality really shines through in her work. When she finished cutting my hair, I was amazed at how great it looked! The cut was not only stylish but also incredibly easy to manage. I walked out feeling like a new person—confident and refreshed. 1 /5 Heather Gerich: My husband got a haircut at the location in Allen on 7/16/2021 and I could not believe that the salon would allow him leave like this. Clearly, the hair stylist, Lita lacks any skill nor talent. She simply used the clippers to closely shave all the hair at the base of the head, and then she didn’t even fade the shaved hair with the long uneven hair! Horrible!!! Don’t go to this salon. Please, stop this stylist from doing more damage. She needs to be fired. I wonder if she even has a current cosmetology license. This is ridiculous!

3 /5 James Glavickas: I was in town and decided I needed a haircut, I looked at the boardroom and found them via Google. When I arrived I was unaware that I should have booked online. However, they were able to fit me in for a cut. If I wanted my beer trimmed or a shave it would be an hour-long wait. I should have done my research into that and figured that out. My mistake on that one. However, while waiting the power flickered while there was a bad storm going through the area. Very unusual to see. When I finally got in for my haircut, the seats were very comfortable and luxurious. I opted for a fade as I usually just get a buzz cut. I decided also spring for a shampoo and wash as I was going to be out for a while and not heading back to my Airbnb to resolve all the little hairs on my head. Upon further investigation was that My hair was cut unevenly and not faded correctly. The members of my party noticed and pointed it out to me using the mirror at the Airbnb. Other than that, my experience was okay.
