Cynthia Bocanegra I was recommended Best Auto by a friend who only had good things to say about their service, so I decided to give it a try. The first bonus was they offered to drop me off at work. Initially, I was told that my transmission hose had a leak and needed to be replaced, but within an hour and a half, Eli called to reassure me that there was no leak and that the hose was perfectly fine after running a test. They even fixed my front headlight at no extra hassle. With affordable prices and exceptional service, I’m giving them 5 stars as a first-time customer!

Sofia Rodriguez The A/C in my car stopped cooling and I wanted to get a second opinion besides the diagnosis I had gotten at the dealership. I found this place on google and decided to stop by based on the fantastic reviews. Im so glad I did! They checked my car and gave me a quote the same day. The owner patiently answered all of my questions, for which Im very grateful for given that I dont know much about cars. I also appreciated that he was very straightforward from the start about part prices and the time it would take to get things done. Overall, I got the feeling that the people working here are knowledgable and do honest work. In the end, I had to get my car fixed at the dealership because they got the part I needed faster. However, if I couldve waited a bit longer I would have definitely chosen to get my car fixed here. Location was also what made me stop by this place. Its easy to find, there are enough parking spaces, and the lot is clean. Im definitely keeping this business in mind for any future car services/needs.

Jason Perez My 2005 Dodge Ram needed engine head gaskets replaced. This is major engine work but Sergio’s delivered after being recommended by my neighbor in a car club. Sergio made a point to correct all existing issues along with the main repair to ensure the job was done right. The price was fair and standard. Job took 2-3weeks but it is worth noting that the city sustained heavy storms during that time. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. He’s just a great guy.

Christopher Torres I took my golf cart which needed an oil change, spark plugs, filter change and I also took LED headlights and tail lights I had purchased and to my surprise, the owner told me that they could perform all these things. They were very polite and knowledgeable when it came to mechanics and the fee was very low compared to a shop that specializes on these type of services. I give this business 10 stars out of 10...

Ramiro what a great experience this was even when my vehicle presented nightmare scenarios for the economy team. i appreciate these guys so much and special thanks to Martin for being so reasonable, patient and reliable. communication was also on time. Martin definitely cares about his people. i cannot thank you guys enough for the work you have done. i am 100 percent going to come back and i recommend them! the reviews do not lie, these guys earn it. Mike P IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTER!! I have a 5.4 3v F-150 took it in for timing set swap, and when I called JR he took his time talking to me and making me feel confident he’s is the right mechanic for the job! (~ $1,100 in parts alone I better trust the mechanic before I take it in!) So I said let’s do it! He told me to bring it in next week because he was packed with other cars and let me tell you he was worth the WAIT!! I told him to send me pictures of the inside of the engine to see wear and tear and he did! I told him to keep the box’s of the used parts ..he did! I told him to keep me updated with more pics after..he did! The guy even went above and beyond by cleaning and painting my valve covers and engine front face!?!?? Who the hell ever did that for a customer?? I didn’t even ask for that but he did it! 5 stars brotha hands down!! He has all the experience and tools don’t question it and go with your friends cousin that charges less, get it done right the first time!
