When getting service work done to your car, all you hope for is honesty and full transparency, and that is what I got. Great communication from George on what all needed to be done and exact pricing for everything. I highly recommend! Thank you George and Team B & B for making my truck run like new again.

I took my vehicle to B&B Automotive for a diagnostic test, and while they haven’t performed any repairs yet, their outstanding customer service truly stood out. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car without any pressure. They went above and beyond when it came time to notify me that my car was ready, when they knew I needed it by the end of the day and their honesty and attention to detail gave me full confidence in their expertise. Based on my experience, if they treat my vehicle with as much concern as they did me, I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with any future repairs!

They didn’t even charge me anything extra and I had my car back the next day they were straight and honest and did a full and thorough inspection I’m very pleased with the whole experience they now have a life long customer!

One of the services was too expensive for me, and they even recommended me another place I could go that might be able to resolve the issue in a less expensive way. Highly recommend B&B automotive, and George especially, as a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop.
