Antioch Community Church - bryan - Bryan (TX)

2 /5 Stuart Big: Some really good people. Some good things about the church! But still…in some ways cult-like. And toxic, bad pastoring at times. Bad pastoring is not particularly a good fit with college students, who are impressionable and more prone to explore new things. Some (but not all) of my friends who went there, have gotten hurt bad. I’ve seen people fall away from their faith and lose their way, marriages eroded and die, and some college students really lost their career paths. It makes me sad to see so many 5 star reviews here, as I know there’s another side of the story.

5 /5 Colton Wiggins: This is a great place to be encouraged to continue in your walk with the Lord and to be held to the standard laid out in the book of acts church. Didn’t know you could leave a rating for a church but feeling very blessed to be planted here. God is good.

5 /5 Vita Roth: It is so life giving to worship Jesus together with my family and friends. I love the mix of singing and hearing God’s word brought to us in a fresh way. One of my favorite things is having communion together with the body of Christ!

2 /5 Jon Mendez: Strong superiority complex with some of the leaders. Lots of seat saving in the morning services where new members aren’t exactly “welcomed.”

5 /5 Kayla Sereno: You can feel God at work here! Everyone is so welcoming. The children’s program is great! My teenagers love the youth group!
