1 /5 Teri Daniel: I went to A1 Nails with my daughter and three granddaughters this evening and disappointed would be and understatement. My daughter asked for a simple line Christmas tree that looks like a snake, one granddaughter got the worst crooked set of nail and the tech cut her cuticle and used acrylic powder to stop the bleeding and the youngest granddaughter asked for a reindeer on one nail and even after repeatedly asking for the design they didnt do it! We will definitely never be back.

4 /5 Mz Diva: Quick, and she was gentle didnt hurt my nails. The only thing I didnt like is I told her I wanted regular nail polish and I picked it out, she said let me get you a better polish and it was gel, trying to upsell me and didnt even tell me. I fell for the okie doke!! Lol.

1 /5 Dana Hill: I had been coming here for years for a pedicure. I had stopped getting my nails done here and decided to go elsewhere because the nails would snap off one by one within a few days. I made a appointment this past Tuesday for a pedicure and decided I would give them another try on nails after years. For the nails I needed a nail fixed and a refill. On Friday of the same week, the "New" nail broke. Same exact experience from years ago which made me stopped getting my nails done there. I reached out to Liem to see if I could come get the nail fix and he said I was to much trouble, which is rude and he didnt want to do my nail instead of making it right. They want your money and when you politely let him know there is a issue they have a problem with it. I never ever complain. They sit and talk about people in Chinese. You know when people are being talked about because the one they talking to will look at the customer. They need to do better and be more customer oriented. I have seen less and less people in there and the other places packed. Wont be back. Update: The very next day Saturday another nail flies off. Two in less than 1 week. I have not experienced this at other Nail Salons!

1 /5 Dee: My experience here was not good AT ALL. When I walked in I showed what I wanted. I was assured that they understood and could do it. I sat down and the begin to work on my feet and hands. The moment the woman started filling my nails she stopped and goes oh wait this is powder( mind you I asked for the same thing already on my nails a overlay) so now the price Jumps from 45 to 62. The shape she couldn’t get so she KEPT filling down my natural nails. At this point I’m holding back tears. To top it off the girl doing my feet was moving so fast I had to keep asking her to fix/or do more as she was basically rushing through missing so much. Soon as she was done she sat and started doing her own nails. I felt so uncomfortable in this place. My service was rushed and definitely not worth what I paid. Also I told her one of my nails was really thin and she said no it’s not and continued to work. I would not recommend this place unless you know a specific person and trust that they will provide the service you pay for.

1 /5 Ashtyn Sattelmaier: This place was absolutely TERRIBLE! I don’t typically go here but wanted to stay close to home rather than traveling across town. Not only did they ruin my nails by filing too much & ruining the shape, they irritated my skin so bad from the files & drill, I went home crying. I immediately put Hydrogen Peroxide on them and felt like my fingers were on fire and then followed it with Neosporin.Even the “paint” job itself looks sloppy. My boyfriend called up to complain but they wouldn’t tell us the guys name that did my nails & he didn’t have a name tag on when I went. While talking to a lady, he told her we wanted to speak to him, she got his attention & spoke to him in English, and then once he was on the phone he quite literally pretended he couldn’t understand my boyfriend. The guy wore glasses and gel in his hair to make it raise off his head, blue shirt with a polo shirt underneath. I genuinely do not understand how they have 4.3 stars unless the employees go rate themselves or something to make themselves look good. I’m used to a couple knicks here & there but have never been in so much pain over a nail job. Absolutely absurd. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. They were just taken and I got them done yesterday.
