Kelsey Goodloe Driving up to Ellis County from the Hill Country late last night, and hit a tire in the road. Knocked the skid plate loose underneath my car. Found Pro Lube (Julian) online, and contacted him the next day. He was able to drive to me, and fix my car on the spot. Very communicative, friendly, and professional. Arrived, had my vehicle fixed, and was complete within 20 minutes. Highly recommend! (before and after photos of my car posted)

Shonna Nichols Drove from California requested only a full synthetic oil change. No hassles No Upsales Only what I requested. In and out in 13min. Service tech came in and immediately let me know they started the oil change process. Upon checking out I questioned the cost and they respectfully showed me the break down of cost. Requested for the hood to be lifted so I could verify my oil cap was on tight. And the tech was very understanding.
