Shonna Nichols Drove from California requested only a full synthetic oil change. No hassles No Upsales Only what I requested. In and out in 13min. Service tech came in and immediately let me know they started the oil change process. Upon checking out I questioned the cost and they respectfully showed me the break down of cost. Requested for the hood to be lifted so I could verify my oil cap was on tight. And the tech was very understanding. For a very meticulous person this team did a professional job and articulated my needs accurately. Thank you Jiffy Team.
