Carl Johns These guys are life-savers. We had a nasty flat, and tires that nobody stocks. They were able to patch it up, said we might make 30 miles, we couldn’t find our tires anywhere, and we were able to make it all the way to Dallas on that patch! Great job! Really nice people! Highly recommended!!!

Rocket Miceli DO NOT USE LYING THIEF called at 0900 Saturday morning for 2 used trailer tires for a lowboy…I’m at the pilot….JR said 1 hour….its 1900 still no show…texted him to get an eta and price…no eta and he wants $600 …then he wants to toss insults at me…look at screen shot….there are several other tire shops in the area with honest guys and a fair price….with actual work trucks ….use at your own risk and if ya do…ya spending the whole day if ya lucky

George Crawford Guys came out and mounted my spare. Found another issue at the pilot. They came back out free of charge to give me a hand. Their truck was old but had everything they needed. They were efficient and knew their job. Can’t judge a book by its cover they say. Hard working people willing to help late on a Saturday night. Unlike most roadsides. They didn’t try to rip me off.

jennifer grisham-rasco Ive had cars fixed there. One was a windshield replacement on an old conversion van. One was tinting, eyebrow and 6 chip fixes on a Toyota Tacoma. The last was a Toyota Rav4 windsheold replacement with tinting and anti-collision calibration. Customer service was great. They didnt just sit on my vehicles not doing work. They fixed them perfectly. They have reasonable prices with discounts if you get multiple services. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my glass needs.

Marci Matlock I dont know much about the repair that Chris did (hubby does), but all I know is he is honest, reasonable, and he offered to tow our truck to his spot on a Saturday night. By 10:45 am on Sunday, our girl.was good as new. Chris is good people, and I would trust him with our truck again if we (Heaven forbid) had this happen again..

Around 5 PM, our car started vibrating, and with daylight fading, we needed help fast. My wife quickly found C & L Auto on Google, and the glowing reviews gave us hope. We pulled in, unsure of what to expect. Enter Chris—a true professional and an even better human being. Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately, the parts wouldn’t arrive before closing time. That’s when Chris went above and beyond. Seeing we were stranded in an unfamiliar town with three kids in tow, he personally drove us to a nearby Super 8. No hesitation, no fuss—just genuine kindness. He even recommended a few local spots to grab dinner, which turned out to be great. The next morning, right on cue at 9:30, Chris called to say our car was ready. Not only was the service fast and flawless, but the price was also incredibly fair—he could’ve charged more, but he didn’t. Chris didn’t just fix our car—he restored our faith in good people. Billy White Cody did a great job on my car. He is easy going, down to earth and very reliable. He is very good at getting small details exactly right. I plan to continue taking my car to his shop in the future if it needs and kind of paint and body repair.

Dracen Knights Had then fix the hood grill, cover chrome on mirrors, door handles, change all badges from chrome to black. He even painted over the chrome strip around the taillights... when he was cleaning up the truck he found a place the body had been repaired by another shop and pointed it out to me. I will have him fix it shortly. Not only did he do a great job and donit sooner and faster than any other shop saidnthey could do it for but cheaper. Once mybtruck is done will be taking my wifes 4runner to him for some work as well. Update hit a deer had him do more work by far the best body shop!!!

Tammy Moon Buckley I was driving through Childress on my way home to Aurora, Colorado when my tie rod came loose and fell off my van. The Carrs were able to put on another one in a matter of minutes. Great service and the customer service was excellent. They are worth going to.

luzanda penton Hill’s Motor Towing came to our rescue when we were stranded in the middle of nowhere in Texas for over 5 hours with our truck and RV. After exhausting our options and finding no help from our insurance, Hill’s was the only company willing to assist us. Despite the hefty cost of over $1200 (uncovered by insurance), Hill’s Motor Towing proved invaluable. Their prompt response and willingness to tackle our unique situation were commendable. The driver who came to our aid was kind and accommodating; due to limited space, I had to ride in the truck bed, but he ensured I was comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Upon arrival at our destination, a torrential downpour greeted us, soaking both the driver and my husband. Despite the adverse weather conditions, the driver maintained professionalism and didnt complain about getting wet. While the cost was significant and unexpected, the peace of mind provided by Hill’s Motor Towing’s service was priceless. Their reliability and dedication in a challenging situation underscore their commitment to customer satisfaction

colton stewart They saved our road trip! Towed us back in to town and switched out our alternator very quickly. The whole staff was friendly and we felt at home while we were waiting. I would recommend them to anyone, very happy with the service.

Darrell Caldwell When you decide 60 miles outside of town that you will have plenty of gas to cruise in the Clarendon and you dont, these guys arrived in less than 20 minutes on a saturday. Poor decision making skills on my part led to an inconvenience fee on my part. Thankfully these guys reacted quickly and no one even knew I was late to dinner in Colorado when I showed up. Thank you guys.

Eddie B Legit mechanic !!!!! Had my rig and my oversize load towed to Childress tx to a mechanic shop/tow business shop. 10/05/24 They told me my fuel pump went out no problem had one picked up in Amarillo tx. I got it I installed nope that wasn’t the problem! 10/06/24 I tried to contact the shop mechanic seems like he was busy and had other plans. After sitting an waiting almost another full day. I called Griffin he came out quick and had the truck running in less than an hour. Wish I would have called him first!!!! He’s very knowledgeable and his prices are fair compared to others in the area. Going to save his number a share with all my trucker friends incase they need help in the area.

Jason Gave an estimate to this guy back in February, that’s right FEBRUARY of 24. He said he’d call me back because he had the flu! Waited a few weeks. Nothing. Went back to find out where we were on moving forward! Guy had the flu again he said! Smh. I told him ok, I just need my body and paint done before the end of April! I was extremely patient as this is a small town, and he’s a small body shop. Owner said it would be done! Well, that never happened. It’s August, never heard back. Called. Called again. Nothing!!!!!! I would drive by and other vehicles were getting fixed. I finally saw that I was forgotten about. Don’t know how this guy stays in business but we won’t be back and anyone asks me, I’ll let them know to stay away!
