Tony Brooks Terrible Doctor, she treated me like I was faking my illness. When I changed doctors, I was diagnosed with 2 spinal diseases, I ended up having to have major surgery on my spine. Because of the spine disease, I had to be medically disabled, and now Ive lost the ability to turn my neck. When I was under Dr. Falcons care, my blood pressure stayed high, had she tried to do her job and figure out why my blood pressure was always high, she could have diagnosed my illness sooner.

My husband and I, have had some very serious medical issues over the years. Dr. Falcon has interacted with those doctors on numerus occasions. Everyone of them were so impressed with her they commented to us on what an exceptional doctor she is. She has proven to us that she is one of the best doctors we have ever had!

Because of my husbands health issues she has had to interact with many of the doctors in Houston. The doctors we see are truly world class, and they have commented on what a outstanding doctor she is, because of their interactions with her.

Itsy Mitsy Rude staff, couldn’t answer one simple question regarding accepting insurance. I called prior to make an appt and was told yes we accept your insurance only to be told no in person and wait 5 hours to be told okay we can see you but the dr doesn’t want to see you until 4 hours later because you missed your appt time. When it was their fault I missed it. Luckily a different dr was on call and saw me. They were so rude and handled the situation so poorly, especially on the way out. The reason I stayed so long waiting was because no one knew how to answer my question about whether or not they accepted my insurance. They were scrambling left and right, they have no phone etiquette and are outright lying just to get you through the doors. The person I had spoken to didn’t even communicate with the other staff about my insurance and then backpedaled and tried blaming me when I was clear about my insurance before during and after making the appt to not waste my time. Then they made an appt without my consent after the visit and still being so rude and condescending.

chariett edings I just wanted to personally thank each and everyone of the staff of the surgical team and the director. You are amazing. And the nurses were a dream. After 2 attempts at a tubal litigation. The 3rd time was a charm. Not because of the hospital. They did everything in their power to take care of me. They made sure I knew I was safe and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back to them for any procedure/surgery. Thank you again for everything.

J H This office is ridiculous. Trying to make an appointment, left messages 3 times in three days. No one ever ever call me back. Guess they do not accept new patients, or, office staffs are too lazy.

Florenda Cordova I went in for a routine wellness check up. My insurance covers it 100 percent. My Dr. who I have seen for years never mentioned a calcium blood test. Two months later I receive a bill from hospital for the calcium blood test for which my Dr never mentioned to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to call billing for mistakes that were made. It’s like the fifth time they made a mistake. Especially when it comes to coding. Maybe they need to give a class to everyone there in good communication and coding. I will be looking for another Dr.

Richard Michot September 25 during the visit my doctor ordered a blood test that I had the next day on 09/26. I was expecting some results on Monday 09/30, but nobody call and I get no news before I decided to go on 10/02. I waited too long time for the results and left for coming later and again waiting until the nurse came and gave me the results. I think thats unacceptable they dont care of the patients (people), no respect of customers that pay for all the medical services that are living about. For sure I never use again that facility and I think one star is too much but I cant put less.
