Kabina Kennels I had a extended stay here at Solara for about 40 days. For sepsis, partial amputation rehab and c diff. The hospital is clean and modern. The nursing staff, employees and techs are attentive, friendly and very good at their jobs. As a woman of 61 I have been in the hospital many times but this was the absolute best experience I ever had. I highly recommend the hospital. If ever needed again this is where I will be coming or where I will recommend my family go.

Simona Sanchez My mom was at this place and we have nothing to say but positive things. The nurses, wound care nurses, and all the staff was excellent. They treated my mom with respect, they were super nice to her and care so much for her well being. Also Estela the cleaning lady was super nice to my mom and to all of us she treated us like if we were her family. So if youre looking for a place to take your family member to finish healing this is the place. Thank you to all the Solara team for everything you all did for my mom, keep up the great work

Ruthi Hedge From the surgical team to the care givers in all departments. Everyone genuinely cared about my experience; no one was too busy to answer a question. Specifically the Anesthesia team knew that I was a singer and they did what they could to preserve the integrity of my vocal cords… Thank You and Bless You all.

Brylin Springer My family experienced a great loss on March 6, 2025. My grandfather was rushed into the emergency room by my grandmother and passed not 20 minutes later. Our family lives 6+ hours away from them, so we’re unable to be there when this happened. The staff in the emergency room will remain heroes to my family. They treated my grandmother with so much professionalism, care, respect, empathy, and kindness. Words will never fully explain the gratitude that my family owes these heroes. She sat and mourned the loss of her husband of 55 years for 3+ hours without ever a nasty glare, hurrying encouragement, or even a rush. She was able to say goodbye to him one final time and even though I’m sure it inconvenienced the staff and their duties- they never let it show. Truly from the bottom of my heart, whom ever was working that night, thank you. You allowed an old woman to say her final goodbyes, and hugged her tightly while we rushed to be there. You are forever heroes to the Springer family.

Leeann Salinas Worse staff ever. They wont help me for anything! I came in from a hospital check up. They just told me the same thing the hospital did. They didnt do an urine test or ultrasound to see if im pregnant still. Since just finding out im 5 weeks & 5 days. I came into see if i can get my restrictions paperwork for work. An they said i had to wait until Friday to get a restriction paperwork so i can wait until then to see a doctor. Im annoyed how these people don’t help or do anything for pregnant people. Worse place ever

Saul Alvarez My mom got her blood drawn here and they screwed it up! My mom’s arm is swollen, tender, in pain, and weak now. We’re getting a second opinion at another doctor right now because we don’t trust the doctor’s instructions at this terrible clinic.

Hennessy Nicole Not sure why this place has low ratings, ive been here 3 times with Priscilla Velazquez and never had any trouble. The front staff is always polite and helpful, and ive always gotten a call back if the call wasnt answered as long as you leave your information! And dr Priscilla herself is very informative and attentive to your concerns ! I love her sm shes awesome. Lab work was also fast and easy thankfully, other places have left me bruised before but not here.

Ginny Fite These folks are trying SO hard. I started not feeling well on Friday, but wasn’t able to get an appointment. So I called Monday. Same thing. The woman who answered the phone was very very kind, I just was hoping she would be able yo do something to get me an appointment. By the afternoon I was convinced I had a sinus infection so I called back. I had to leave my number, but was a bit leary about doing that, as this hadn’t worked at other offices. Anyway, Olga called me back (after 5:00pm!) and set me up with telemedicine the next day. What a God-send she was! The next day I received the call from Crystal (I think) while walking my dog and she offered to call me back in 30 minutes. It all went well when she called me back, she even tried to get me on the phone with Oscar right away. He was too busy, so that didn’t work. He called me very shortly there after, got all the details and by early in the afternoon I was able to take my 1st dose of antibiotics! Thank you all for how hard you are working trying to help me. Have a blessed holiday season. Ginny Fite

Jada Molina I am extremely disappointed with the services at this clinic. I switched from my previous doctor due to distance, but I’d rather make the drive than continue here. I have low iron deficiency , and over the summer, the doctor prescribed supplements. However, it took over a month to receive the medication, despite my repeated calls. Each time, I was told it was being sent, but it never happened. I had to move to San Antonio due to work & I still didn’t have my medication, and my mother had to go in person to remind them that I needed my prescription because I was feeling unwell without the supplements. Recently, I injured my toes and called on Wednesday to schedule an urgent appointment due to the pain and bleeding. I was told they had no availability and was advised to go to the ER. After the ER visit, I called again to schedule a follow-up, and they finally gave me an appointment for Friday at 8 AM. I called at 8:03 to inform them I was running 8–10 minutes late, but they refused to see me, claiming their grace period is only five minutes. In the past, I had been told the grace period was 15 minutes, yet they insisted it had always been five. I found this very frustrating, especially since I had previously arrived 10 minutes late without issue. To make matters worse, they prioritized walk-ins over my appointment and told me to reschedule for Monday. I’ve been dealing with pain and bleeding since Tuesday, and I’m worried about infection, yet this clinic has shown no consideration for my situation. I’ve now changed doctors & they’re gonna see me today with no issue since they understand the urgency of the situation. P.S. This review has nothing to do with the PA; it’s solely about the administrative issues at the clinic. Dr. Brenda is super sweet and caring about her patients. Also, as a full-time student with a part-time job, I cannot afford to be absent or request days off from work, which makes this experience even more frustrating.

Alexia Tijerina I have been going to this clinic for the past three years and I have nothing but great things to say. They always have appointments available within a couple of days and the one time I needed a walk-in appointment for stomach poisoning they were very quick to help me because I have been a pre-existing patient. The providers I’ve had have been nothing but kind and honest with any condition or illness I’ve had (stomach bug, back pain, mental health, tendonitis, pre-diabetes, weight loss issues, pap smear, and even the common cold) They give great referrals and are my first choice for all my medical needs!
