Sandee Vanzant I took my mother who is 92 years old and for an infection.We were so impressed with the staff, Nurses and Nurse practitioner were wonderful. We were taken care of quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. Thank all of you shes doing great!

Mandy Shores I was told I had a virus and find out today it is my pancreas again and you told me it was not my pancreas it’s a virus! It’s my pancreas! You did stop the vomiting but it come back. Guess what I have pancreas problems your not finding real problem even when someone gives you a hint. Makes me think your in the wrong business but you put people out with there head still in a trash can. I’m only saying what happened and you ask for this review.

misty holmes I took my daughter in for an appointment today to the fall creek office. I dont normally complain but the girl that is working with Dr Tompkins check-in was rude. Yes I was early I understand that. she said I cant check you in we have not had lunch yet. Come back. When I got back she was just sitting there on her phone then went around the corner to take a phone call the office and doctors are great but that just I hate the give the off one star for one person. On the other hand Aimee and Rebecca Were very sweet and helpful

You are greeted with smiles at the door and at the registration desk and everywhere you go after that. The newly added MRI equipment is wonderful to say the least!!! Top of the line!!!! Their Specialty Physicians Clinic is great for so many that need different Specialty care!!! The Glen Rose Medical Center in this remote area definitely a Diamond in the Rough!! I love it and all the different personnel are absolutely the kindest, helpful, you will find anywhere!!! Krysten Cox The billing department was eager to help me and worked with me when I was hit with some unexpected medical bills. I highly recommend picking up the phone and calling when you have an issue or concern about your bill. I am happy to say my billing status with LGMC is taken care of and I have no worries. I truly believe they are working towards bettering their entire system for their patients.

Laura The billing sucks! They billing you from the hospital and then Lakeside Physicians bills you for a doctors bill. Neither of them communicate but the same company has both of them! Why is that? If we didnt see a doctor with lakeside physicians, we saw the hospital doctor. So if the hospital bill is taken care of because they have the insurance on file, then yalls company needs to figure out how Lakeside Physicians can get that information as well instead of making it more complicated for your patients!! Some patients work, go to school, or live a busy daily life and dont have time to keep sending info back and forth that yalls company choices to not make easier! We are in the 21st century come up with a better billing option. It will also make it easier for your staff!
