Karen Huffman Spent several hours in the ER last night with my DIL. She received great care even though they were short staffed. They quickly got her pain under control. So thankful we have a hospital in Crockett!

Brachelle E I pray that Baylor or some other entity takes over this hospital. Took a loved one with a complex medical history to the ER the first Saturday of November. Symptoms: nosebleed, cough, sore throat, unable to urinate, no appetite, barely drinking, heart rate 86-113 while resting/ normal resting rate 58 and low blood pressure. Ask the nurse/doctor to check for sepsis and a uti. They took urine/blood and took a chest xray. The urine looked darker than tea. I asked them to release all medical records to other specialists who are not in the area. Nurse comes in said it looks like a uti. Hours later doctor comes in and says he sees nothing . Labels it an upper respiratory infection. We requested antibiotics for "upper respiratory infection". He said just keep taking mucinex. Get home 2 days later....no blood test were forwarded to any of the doctors and urine was abnormal...heart rate started jumping to 200. Went to different ER....sepsis/uti. CROCKETT DESERVES BETTER AND HAS HAD BETTER. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NURTURING NURSES/DOCTORS AND TECHS ARE NEEDED....IF NOT SHUT IT DOWN....YOU ALL ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIFE!!!!
