Iris Garcia Bad place keeps any patients ( specially family members) away from this clinic, my husband had been scheduled to have surgery on his left hand for the dialysis fistula on May 13 at 10:45 and still 6:37 pm and the Doctor has not finished yet with the patients from last night, no voices had been heard from him yet. This is crazy and they overcharge insurance for these situations, if you have any surgery that needs to be done on this place please look for a second place if you dont want to die here

Bennie Oliver I have had 2 seperate procedures at the Pasadena location, and have been overwhelmed both times with the excellent customer service - not by one employee, but every single one that I was in contact with by taking my mind off the procedure, joking, laughing, and at the same time being serious and explaining in detail what was taking place!! Pasadena Surgery Specialty Hospitals of America is second to none with customer service! All Core Values are carried out to the maximum from the time you walk in until youve been home a few days. It was so pleasant that I almost forgot why I went. I received a phone call the next day to see how I was doing, answered a few questions, and bang! I was impressed again. Then 2 days after, I received a hand written Thank You card - impressing me even more. Ive been in and out of hospitals for the past 25 years, and this is the first hospital that ever treated me as though I was the only patient they had and sending me a Thank You Card - Who does that?! THANKS TO ALL EMPLOYEES AND DOCTORS for making my visit a fun, painless, and pleasant one!
