After walking through the doors of the auditorium was lovingly greeted during worship with it being the first time attending Radiant experienced an atmosphere on another level like never before. Radiant has blessed me with many opportunities to serve on a variety of teams to utilize gifts for ministry. Glad to call Radiant Church TXK home!

Kayla Martin I started going here off and on when they first opened this location. I have been going consistently for at least 2 or 3 years now. This is the first church I have joined and the growth I have experienced attending/serving here is amazing. It has been so exciting watching the church grow as well. The presence of the Lord is here. Worship has changed for me. I am fed biblically here as well. Ive visited one other church since joining here, and I definitely missed Radiant. This is the place for me and this is the place to be.

I had a little trouble doing so, but found the staff in the pantry to be very polite, well-spoken, & friendly. I was invited to attend evening services, & had made plans to, but was forbidden by My Husband because he was concerned about me being out at night, alone. He didnt wish to attend with me. I know it sounds outdated, but I do try to Honor My Husband as the Old Testament says, & am doing as hes asked...BUT, as a compromise, hes agreed to attend Sunday morning services with me (!!), & with or without him, I WILL be attending. Im looking forward to it!!!

Their minister brother Williams its an excellent speaker and teacher. Lucky Shot This is probably the largest nondenominational Church of Christ in the area, with close to 500 plus members. Many of the membership have been a part of the Walnut family since the days when revered sermons were provided by A.W. Chism, whose legacy leaves so much to live up to. The building is relatively new to the congregation, having relocated here a few years ago from the congregations former home just off State Line Avenue at 12th Walnut and Hazel Streets. Services are held twice on Sundays, with meeting times in both morning and evening hours. Sunday school classes precede the main worship service on Sundays. The Church does not make use of musical instruments during services, and selected hymns are sung a capella by the entire congregation. A mid-week service is provided each Wednesday evening. Walnut Street Church of Christ also operates the Christian Preschool of Texarkana at this location.

scott campisi I recently attended a memorial service for a close relative, at St James Church in Texarkana. The place was large and well taken care of, and the priests all seemed comfortable in their duties. It was everything one would expect from an Episcopal Church. I, myself, grew up in Evangelical churches, so being in a liturgical church was very unusual for me, but people from that church took care of things for my family there, so I was very pleased.

The Spirit moves in each service and God is truly working in this church body. Pastor Hal preaches from the Word and says what we need to hear. I wish I could come more often if I was not working every Sunday!
