Brittany Adelstein Went in to see Dr. Mandola today- my first time at the practice. The office staff was so helpful, and he was an absolute angel. He talked me through everything, loved on my dog and sent me on my way for an affordable price. I am so grateful I was referred to him by a friend and I’ll be referring all of mine as well!

Marle Martin I went to the vet for a check-up with Dr. Aguirre and asked him to examine my Yorkie’s teeth. I handed my Yorkie to him, and when the doctor tried to open his mouth, my Yorkie reacted by trying to bite him. Dr. Aguirre immediately reacted the same way toward my dog and hit him on the muzzle. I was shocked by the doctor’s reaction and confronted him about it, but he replied that my dog shouldn’t bite him. I truly found his attitude very unprofessional, and I will not be returning to his clinic. I believe there are other ways to handle the situation, and he acted inappropriately in front of a client. Michelle Moreno Thank Dr. Aguirre, Carla, and all the ladies for making my babys transition a beautiful one. I got to hold her the entire time. Thank you for EVERYTHING, and Thank you for treating Mia like she was the only dog in the office every time we went in. They gave me time to grieve and stay with her as long as I needed and allowed my family and friends to be with me.

Harry Stafford Dr Teng has been my PCP for several years now. Shes attentive, detail oriented, focuses on the care plan we initially established, and is no nonsense and straight to the point. Exactly the traits I wanted from a PCP. Weve established an excellent rapport and I trust her without question. And I appreciate all she has done for me!

Theresa Shepherd The care here has been good, all the nurses has been pretty nice. They always kept so nice and clean. The doctors are good although they could allow you time to ask more questions but they are good. The nurses are compassionate and most of them are sensitive to my needs. Laila was one of the really good ones that goes the extra mile and really sweet to me. I have enjoyed my stay so far

Clara Martin I offer 5 stars for Kindred Northwest Hospital and would give more if available. We have received excellent care from every discipline that has attended to my family members needs. Communication is great, service to call lights is prompt, scheduled treatments and interventions occur in a timely manner and when there is a delay, it is communicated and updated. Nursing care has been excellent on both day and night shift from both the licensed and non licensed staff. Thank you to all who continue to be involved with our needs!

behtypa travel A wonderful experience with this clinic and their staff and doctor Diana in particular. There are no lines or any excessive wait other than regular registration process. The visit was fast. Communication with the doctor (Mrs. Diana) is easy and to the point. Overall a great experience and another happy customer. Highly recommended as your go to therapist. AAA++++

Yoand Urquia My experience attending to this clinic had always been amazing, If I could give 10 starts I would !!!. I have known the owner and NP in charge for a long time, the service and dedication she provide to all customer is one to emulate. She is always very precise with her diagnosis and treatment given according to your health issues. She is been my father’s and brother’s provider for quite a bit of time and they can’t be more pleased with the care received in this clinic. Appointments in this clinic are easy to arrange, but you can also walk in and for sure you will be assisted in not longer that 20 minutes wait. This clinic is also very clean at all times and once you walk in you feel welcomed. I highly recommend it.

Sema Demir Toktaş I can say that he is the most caring, cheerful and knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen in my life. My pregnancy follow-up was very enjoyable with him. I had a problem with stitches after birth. He started my treatment immediately and worked hard to cure me. He suffered much more than I suffered. Im in another country now, my check-ups will be done by another doctor. Despite this, he did not think that my work was done, he asked me for a weekly e-mail. He is very knowledgeable as a doctor, very cheerful and makes you feel good. If you work with Dr Fagbohun, you can be sure that you will have an excellent pregnancy and postpartum experience!

Kristina Okpor Hands Down THE BEST OBGYNs… he keeps it real and loving and Dr. Ubom was a breath of fresh air whenever I saw her for my appointments. They have a team of loving nurses and administrative staff. I had a high-risk pregnancy and was seen every week of my pregnancy to ensure everything was going according to plan. With multiple locations to choose from it made scheduling my appointments easy and convenient. Ultrasounds and Labs are done right in the office, so no need to book extra appointments and wait for hours. There are no long waits when you get to the office for your appointment. They have the convenience of MyChart and work closely with the hospital to ensure the level of care is at VIP status. I truly enjoyed the care I received and I highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Coach Szabo Great experience today with the office staff and Dr Depue. She ask pertinent questions, received my answers without judgement listened to my concerns and allowed me to be in charge of my health decisions. I feel comfortable in my decision choosing her as my PCP.

Magical Marya If I could give zero stars I would. I would like to start off by saying she is “nice” but not a very good listener. She mostly focuses on responding to her patients then actually listening to what they have to say. She never has any answers for the questions asked but, she is quick to tell you that you’re wrong about what you’re feeling. The nurse was really nice and welcoming but the doctor her self needs more training on bedside manners.

Tiffany Davis My dad had surgery today and the employees are so nice. They were very knowledgeable and made sure not only was my dad okay but me as well. The doctor doing the surgery was great as well. He came out to talk to me about the surgery and made sure I didnt have any questions. I had to call the nurse station to get an update about my dad. They called me by name, which shocked me because its a big city. Every worker that passed me in the waiting area spoke and checked in on me and the other lady there. His surgery nurse was hilarious and kept my dad in high spirits. I am glad he had his surgery here! Thank you all.

Amy Larson My husband spent 6 days there for 2 separate surgeries. The food was outstanding. Ive never encountered such friendly and caring staff - from nurses to cnas to custodians. We especially appreciated our nurses Ana and Georgia and cna Christian who went way above and beyond to make sure we were BOTH comfortable and satisfied. The room and restroom were enormous. Completely recommend!

Karen Freistedt My visit today wirh Ana Licona was excellent! She answered all my questions. She is so professional and compassionate. Its actually a joy to go to the medical center knowing she will take care of all my needs. Alison, at the front desk, always takes great care of me. Carmen does the same. Im grateful for all these wonderful people.

Mason Thomas The front office is the most inefficient front office I have come across. My first visit was fine, but every visit after that was like pulling teeth. I had to reschedule an appointment but they never answer their phones. Despite leaving a voicemail over a day prior to my appointment I was told I missed my appointment without cancellation. I tried calling to reschedule my appointment for OVER TWO MONTHS. My wife and I called and left voicemails multiple times a week (sometimes multiple a day) all at different times of the day and no even once returned our calls. I finally got a hold of them and was told that their voicemails go to someone who doesnt even work in the office. I hope they were just to embarrassed to admit they never return my calls because that is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. On top of the front office inefficiencies they run so many different test. I was asked to do more test in my first 3 visits there than I have been asked to do in the past 5 years with my previous family practice. Plan on taking an EKG, covid test, or whatever test they decide you need, every time you visit. It comes across as them running test because they know insurance will pay for it. I also have ADD and was trying to find a new doctor since my old doctor retired. They said they could take over the care but required I do a new test and I do drug screening every 3 months. I told them that I used recreation cannabis and asked if that would be an issue and was told no. They then had me pay a couple hundred dollars to get "tested" for ADD, which the test was just 20 or so questions I answered on an ipad. When I went back after the drug screening I was told they would not treat my ADD because I tested positive for cannabis use... which I had informed them about prior to any of the test they made me take and charged me for. I was livid because I had essentially been charged money to take test that they then deemed me as "failing" after I had already been completely upfront with my cannabis use prior. They did eventually agree to treat my ADD, but after that I felt like I was getting treated more as some addict trying to get ADD meds than an actual patient. Dr. Tootle is nice enough and seems competent in her practice. She however was the main player in the drama included above and felt the need to lecture me every time I went in. At the end of the day it is not to overcome the frustrations with my overall experience. This office might have been a 4-5* office a year or two ago, but it is far from that now.

Morgan Lara My kids have been under the care of Dr. Bornstein since 2013 he is always so hands on with my kiddos every visit. My family is always satisfied with his work thanks Dr. B for keeping my kids health A1!!! We appreciate you!

Erica Mejia I will not return to see Dr Borenstein. He was referred by my family who saw him as kids so I thought it was gnna be a good referral for my son but I guess I was wrong. It was my son’s first visit and he made me feel like we just weren’t up to parr for him. He looked at me and my son up and down as if we weren’t rich enough for him and just made me feel very uncomfortable. I would think with it being my sons first visit he would come in and greet us, shake our hands and say nice to meet u and how can I help u but no that was far from it and I guess I thought too far ahead cuz he walked in the office looked at us up and down and said what can I do for u. To be greeted like that and looked at us like some homeless people of the street I was very disappointed ‼️

Felicia Bures Such an amazing team at St. Michaels facility in Sugar Land for extraordinary care! My husband was seen early on Wednesday evening for an issue, for which he received immediate attention and diagnostics. The group is thorough beyond words, attentive in their care and very detailed in communicating results. They provided us with copies of his diagnostics along with a CD of one of the tests and instructions for post ER visit. We were sent home with a packet of information to give to our doctor, and their kindness is exceptional. And as always, they phoned 24 hours later to see how my husband was doing! The facility itself is absolutely spotless...we have been there multiple times but this is our first post to review and we are proud and happy to do so. Well deserved, St. Michaels, and a big THANK YOU!!!

Michelle Dang Came here early on a Sunday morning because my husband was experiencing extreme pain from a kidney stone. The entire team was so thoughtful and caring, and took great care of him. I appreciate everyone so much, especially nurse Matt!

Adrienne Trevino Honestly, this is THE place to have surgery. This is a VERY strong recommendation. They are SUPER focused on preventing infection, especially by focusing on ONLY elective procedures. The center/hospital can make sure that every procedure is done correctly (and to the highest standards. Im less than 10 days out from my knee surgery, and am completely surprised by how good Im doing.

Maggie Oxman Everyone that helped with my dads surgery and post-care ranged from okay to nice but if I were to give advice to prospective patients/caregivers absolutely do not use the EASE app for updates because they have no standard procedure of when to update or who is responsible for it, and they even admitted that few people have access to send the updates or even use the software itself. We asked for home Healthcare and fully booked with a company that didnt even offer the services we had requested, so that was a huge waste of time and delayed my fathers care. They released him on a Saturday when they knew that there would be no care options for him until Monday at the earliest, and here we are on a Wednesday (3 whole days after being discharged, 7th day after surgery) and a home Healthcare specialist is just now able to come. We have tried to talk to the surgeon or PA about pain levels and received no response or help whatsoever, and anytime they said during the stay or after that they would get back to us has turned out to be an empty promise. Horribly traumatizing and unprofessional experience for both the patient and their caregiver, and we could not recommend enough to stay far away from this place and their ineptitude.

Nancy Eshleman If I could give a zero I would. Their lack of communication and help here is despicable We have been waiting since 5:30 am and no one came to let us know when we were supposed to be take to surgery. . A surgery that was to be at 7:00am. It is now 11:00am. The place is sterile and cold and not a chair in the waiting room available to sit. You would think a hospital with the reputation would make patients comfortable and feel safe. I cannot recommend this hospital in the least. Not one ounce of communication

Madelina Ramirez He had the best quality care anyone could ask for all the nurse and physician are super heroes without capes . The staff worked through freeze storm and could not go home. Nobody complained, everyone so awesome and hard working loved all the nurses and PCA , Donna, Rebecca, April, Mercedes, Sebrina, Mr.Napoleon, shyerta, , if I forgot anyone else’s names I do apologize. Dogs Are Funny My husband was taken here after a massive heart attack. The care he received was funamonal. Every single Nurse, Doctor, NP we dealt with were the nicest people and went above and beyond to make sure he had everything he needed. I dont believe he would have gotten care this good anywhere else. I have never seen such caring people. They love their jobs and care for their patients. Thank you Tomball for saving my Husband.

Raul Mac Overall the staff was great the emergency room people were very attentive. My nurses Ashley and Casey and miss Catherine were awesome. And I appreciated the head nurse as well coming in and checking on me. I know they have to check on you in the middle of the night thats the only thing I didnt like but overall it was a great experience. Thank you for taking care of me God bless you all

Brite Shine My name is L. Kindle I had surgery at your hostpital on 1-13-25. I had the BEST care there all the Staff there is Phenomenal. From the Receptionist, The Prep Nurse, The Anesthesia Team, The Doctor, Surgery Team, The Research Team, and The 2nd Floor Nurses. I didnt get everyones name but this is some of the NursesTeam. One is Chelsea its two of them but it was one of the Chelseas that worked with me the whole time I was there Omg She Is Soo Sweet, and Kind. The other Chelsea I met her once she was nice to. And the other Nurses that Was Sweet is Eva, Briana, Mavis, and Shelia. All the nurses was Soo Nice And Very Caring and so was the Research Team. And the Food was Great. I really Enjoyed my Stay There.

Natalia McBride Just had my bunionectomy surgery here last Friday and I cant say enough of the personnel - especially all the nurses - that made my stay there as comfortable as possible and also took care of my Mom who stayed with me for 3 nights. Great facility! I also liked most of the meals Ive had - they are tasty, plenty of food is given every time too. This was my 1st surgery and staff was amazing: I cant thank them all enough for my care!

Arianna Andrade The worst hospital experience of my life, my partner was hospitalized to be given a bad diagnosis, we were hospitalized for 3 days and in the end the reason for his pain was what we were first told in the emergency room. The attention was very slow, the first day in the room, not even the doctor came to see us, when I complained about this the only thing I received was a phone call with zero staff, I felt that they did not care about my partners condition. As you can see in the pictures the room was in a deplorable situation, I could not believe that a hospital has these facilities. The only reason I give 1 star is because of a couple of nurses who were really nice except for one who was extremely rude to me when all I did was ask to see a doctor, since I asked her to see a doctor her treatment towards us was fatal, she sighed, did not talk to us and ignored us. I feel this treatment was due to the fact that my partner did not speak English and I did my best to communicate his needs being that I’m bilingual. In conclusion a lousy service, facilities and even bad treatment for not speaking the language. Do not come here!!

Leanne Barnes I definitely have mixed feelings about this hospital. The communication between the doctors and patients was TERRIBLE. Dr. Magnus was super unpleasant. Hes rude and dismissive. His bedside manner is the worst Ive ever encountered. That being said, we had 2 nurses during the several days we were there that deserve a shout out. Leslie in the emergency room was fabulous! Paris Johnson, our nurse on the 4th floor was AMAZING! She was definitely our favorite and was super helpful! Great job to those 2 ladies!

Linda Bell When we first arrived at Kindred, I was a little concerned about what we may have gotten ourselves into. It was a bumpy start. However, after six weeks here, I have come to truly appreciate that there is more going on than meets the eye, and the friendly, but extremely busy care providers and staff work hard to meet our needs. Our son wanted more PT/OT for his paralysis side effect from chemo than he could get on the oncology unit at the wonderful hospital he was in, so he transferred to Kindred. He is definitely getting additional quality therapy from very friendly staff. However, his medical situation is quite complex, so it has taken a bit to work out the kinks for coordination of care. This is where we are starting to realize that more may be happening than we realize. It seems like we discover new aspects of his care or management each week that we didnt realize was on anybodys radar. That is reassuring, especially when falling through the cracks seemed likely. Beyond medical care, we have been so thankful for certain aspects of a smaller, more down-to-earth operation like this. The main receptionist has helped me in ways I dont think a larger hospital would have; it helped ease our stress substantially. The food is as homemade as I think you can get in an institutional setting. It is very good, filling, and affordable. Again, the system takes a minute to figure out, but it works. Other features that help family are the roll-away beds, large common areas, and FREE parking under the building. It truly makes our difficult trial much easier...not to mention the hugs Ive gotten!

John Hudson I am very grateful to have met Mcnerry from the PT department. He has been very patient and gentle pertaining to my husband who has been here for at least two months. I highly commend his style and his wonderful care towards my husband and I recommend him to anyone who cherishes their love ones.

Edie Russell I am very thankful for this facility that has been housing my ill mother for the past two months. Everyone here has been very supportive and transparent about her care. Lastly, I’ll like to applaud the Mcnerry from the PT department for his calm temperament and compassion towards my mother during her physical session. Highly recommend this place!
