Cathy Blake This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

Jessica Stanley I tried… I really did. I have never in my life paid thousands of dollars for a concierge doctor that is NOT concierge. You will have to work around their schedule. Know that. I have been trying to get blood work for 6 weeks and finally asked for an order for an outside lab. Smart…. Assign your only medical assistant to that. Work around her schedule. Nope. I was better off as an ant in a large group. It’s about the money, not patient care. I also had to tell Dr. Ghandi the labs I needed ordered. Seriously? Basic labs? Thank God I have a medical background and know better.

Katherine Green I just had my first appointment with Dr. Moon. He listened to all of my concerns and took the time and addressed and discussed them. I have never felt as heard as I did today with a doctor. Definitely feel confident in my decision to choose Dr. Moon.

Brian Lauterbach Dr Moon, is the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. His compassionate patient-centered care philosophy creates an environment where living healthy is easier because you know Mike Tyson will be in your corner if something ever happened. His staff is thorough, efficient and responsive. He himself is inviting and warm and you know he truly cares about his patients and their health. I feel blessed to have such an amazing doctor for my care. Thank you Dr. Moon for everything you do for all of us, your patients.

Kimberly Rawlinson I am only leaving one star because the phone situation and trying to reach Dr. KIMBERLY IS like pulling teeth. I also went on a Monday for bloodwork got there at 10 :15 there was only one family in the lobby waiting. After 30 minutes they were called back. I waited another 15 minutes and never got called to do blood work. Dr Kimberly is amazing if I was just grading her I would get 5 stars but the rest is impossible to deal with.

Zqueen 1980 I have been receiving care here for over 10 years. The staff is nice and doctors are extremely knowledgeable. When you come here, you are guaranteed treatment for your condition instead of spending the entire day at the ER not knowing if they’ll do anything at all. Would recommend to anyone

Kristina Esparza So I ended up having a four day stay at medical city of Dallas due to preterm labor, and that has to be the best hospital that I have ever been to and I’ve never ever been admitted but if you’re ever in a situation where they have to send you there. You’re in the best hands you’ve got nurses And doctors 24 seven they check on you make sure everything is fine. Make sure you have everything that you need. It truly was the best experience but very scary experience for me for why I had to go.

Rhonda Bain-Ragsdale I had to have 10 surgeries on my left hip, plus other surgeries in the past 10 years. Ive been to several hospitals and rehabs in the DFW area.This is by far the best experience Ive had regarding hospital doctors, nurses, patient care technicians, rehab staff, including OT and PT, social workers, meal planning technicians and even house keeping staff. All staff members make your care a priority. I cannot name just one employee over another one. They have all been friendly, caring and supportive of your care. I feel very qualified in making Medical City Hospital, Medical City Heart and Spine and Medical City Rehab the best. I was admitted 02/19/25 and discharged 03/10/25. Ive been to all the above hospitals during my stay. They all deserve a 5 star rating in my book.

Darlene Smith This is the second time I’ve been here. I had knee surgery in September knee surgery in January. I was in the hospital. Each Time for 11 days. The first time I had home health with a different agency which. I was not pleased with at all. second time I’m having people drive me cause I’m very pleased with the OUTPATIENT THERAPY . Everyone I’ve worked with has been exceptional. Some of the people are Victor John Kathie. Kiki and others and I have been very pleased.

Lama Alhezayen I can’t thank the team of Acute enough for looking after my mother who had foot surgery. They were so professional, kind, caring, and very supportive. I would like to thank every team member especially the OT Jennifer for going the extra mile to help and support my mother. She is indeed a star! Also, I would like to thank Michaela H who was always smiling while doing her job. She has tons of energy and devotion to her duties! She is full of knowledge and conveys it with ease! She is also another star! Thank you Acute!

BLR (Shades) Here for 3rd Procedure for my husbands Vascular problems. The Heart Hospital is very nice & there is Valet Parking. His other procedures were Day Surgeries this one hell need to stay a few days in the hospital before he can come home. They always take good care of him & we like that all BSW Doctors can see your medical records.

Thanh Duc Vu I did surgery my heart in The Heart Hopital in Plano 10/16/2024. GOD created me on this Earth, and Thanks GOD show me the way to meet Dr William Brinkman. Dr Brinkman did great job, he replaced my Aorta Valve and Ascending Aortic were damaged and saved my life. Dr Brinkman is so talented and very kindness. Now I recovering very good. I would like to say thanks to all the medical team of The Heart hospital in Plano. GOD BLESS US.

Kenzie Derruisseaux DO NOT GO HERE. I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. Took my sick mother there while we wait for disability benefits. The doctor was so rude and mean to her, she got back in the car crying. Please do not go here or send a family member here. He was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic over her health issues. If I knew how to report his license to be a medical provider, I would. Disgusted.

Zach Washam Yesterday, my wife had surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon. She had never had surgery before and was nervous. Our flawless experience at this center made a difficult day much better than it could have been. The staff was excellent (Marsha did a great job of welcoming us; Sarah took good care of us after the surgery was over). Processes were well-designed, transitions were smooth, communication was clear, and care was warm and sincere. We appreciated the prayer card in our take-home information packet. Overall, we received wonderful support in a time of need. Thank you all for your good work.

R T Fantastic care from the pre-op and post-op nurses, surgeon, anesthesiology, and everyone in between. I stayed one night after my surgery and the room was nice and comfy. I say my only downfall was the cleanliness. There were a couple strands of hair in my rooms bathroom upon the first time walking in there, which kind of grossed me out. Other than that, I highly recommend this surgery center!

Butch Adams I rate this 3 stars because I like Dr Rahmani and Nurse Wanda, but the admin in this place is a dumpster fire. Good luck calling in to get a live person or even a call back. I have never gotten into an appt on time - once even 2.5 hours late! Im done. Ill start the process over with another doctor.

Tobie Quinn Dr Rehmani and his staff provide a very comfortable and pleasant visit. He is very informative, friendly, and he Knows how to get to the root of the problem also makes you feel like you’re in good hands. I’m so happy I found him after dealing with a different Neuroligist and realizing how much difference there is with someone that seems to be much more educated.

J Bonzo Ive been at Encompass twice and both were extremely great experiences. I found the staff to be extremely compassionate and eager to motivate with recovery of their patients. I would recommend the facility to all that are in need.

Pat McGreevy I was a patient at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano from January 27th to February 12. Frankly I was not looking forward to 3 hours of daily exercise and rehab after my hospital stay in Dallas. I was afraid it would be too painful. Boy was I wrong. My Care Team of doctors, care givers and therapists had me progress slowly and safely always taking into consideration my capabilities on any given day. The same therapists were assigned to me for my entire stay. Alisha my OT and Logan my PT were always encouraging and shared my daily progress and goals with me. They kept me motivated. In addition Anita my Case Manager gave me strong emotional support by tracking my progress. The food service was excellent. The menu had lots of options for everyone, and their pancakes were better than IHOP!

Dudley Volcansek I experienced superior customer service. When you are having surgery it is so nice when the staff is attentive and accommodating. Sophia is a receptionist that went out of her way to answer questions and provide help. Connie (a nurse) was attentive to my questions and delivered on our needs. The on-premise cafe is delightful.

Arnold Timmermans I wish I remembered all the names of the nurses, front desk, and doctors that we talked to the day my wife had surgery. Everyone was kind, energetic, and empathetic. The waiting area was comfortable and the staff kept me updated during my wifes surgery.

bingjing ye This place is a nightmare! The doctor keeps recommending my child to get the HPV vaccine, talking about the benefits, and I asked if my insurance covers it and if its free. She told me yes, but a month later, I received a bill. I have to pay them over $200, which is a dark institution. Last year, when my child had a body annual check they checked the eyes directly. I think they have a duty to tell parents that this item is subject to additional charges, but they didnt. They will only send you a bill after the fact! Its like this every time, and Im really disappointed!

Destiny Alcazar Dr. Horn is my daughters doctor my husband and I love her! We have only gone in for a few visits but we can tell she has the best intentions for her patients and is very knowledgeable. As a first time mom she has made me feel heard and validated with any concerns pertaining to my daughter. We are very pleased with her and the staff at Cooks. Everytime we have gone in the front office staff has always been extremely welcoming and helpful as well. Keep up the great work! (-: 10/10 recommend.

vernon rolla I have been with Dr Kapadia for several years and have found him to be a Dr that is thorough and addresses any questions or concerns I may have. If there is terminology I am not familiar with he takes the time out to clarify. Thanks Dr K for many years of being such a great provider.

Sofia Harfuch Dr. Kapadia and his team were amazing!!!! I had my consultation this morning and Dr. Kapadia was so kind and caring. You can really see how much he cares for and loves his patients! 100% recommend- glad we are part of the family now!

Randall Manring Great experience for me. My doctor recommended some basic scan and testing as part of my annual physical. I walked in the front doors and greeted almost immediately at the check in desk. Very brief check in experience and walked to the radiology waiting room. I was actually called back a few minutes before my 9am appointment. Lab tech was very nice and helpful and I was done and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed. Two thumbs up!

Mike Teel I went there to detox off of alcohol. Cj was very patient with me cause I was apprehensive about going. When I finally committed CJ was there like a big brother making sure I was taken care of. The nursing staff was great. If your deep in your addiction and cant find a way out. Go to Carrollton Regional Medical Center detox center. Call or ask for CJ hell take care of you. So I had to go back to detox again. First complain is the last time I they had on a saline drip the hold time. This time they brought one in the room but never hooked it for 5 days. Second a nurse named Barry had me lay down in my own piss and feces. If you get him as a nurse ask for another!!!!!!! On a side note Im supposed to be discharged to which all parties agreed upon cause my 82yr old mother has been admitted to another hospital and they seem to be taking theyre time. If it were theyre mom theyd just up and to see theyre mother

K George Fantastic experience. I had zero issues. The nurses were amazing. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I was told I owed zero because my insurance covered everything. I have yet to receive a bill. I will update my review if I happen to receive a bill later on. My only minor and I mean minor complaint if I can even call it a complaint, is that anesthesiologist was a bit direct. Not rude but just uninterested in chit chat. It was also 7 in the morning. Im not exactly people person that early either. haha! Overall very happy and felt taken care of. Thank you again to all the nurses. They are the real super stars.

Dr Farooqi him self is an amazing doctor who explains in details and focuses on every aspect of the life style instead of just suggesting a medicine. Thomas Ledford Not enough stars to rate my care from nurses Iris and Mary they were awesome I recently had a hip replacement surgery, and I was fortunate to have Iris and Mary as my recovery nurses. From the moment I woke up, they provided exceptional care, making sure I was comfortable, well-informed, and supported throughout my recovery. Iris was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to ensure my pain was managed and that I had everything I needed. Her warm demeanor and genuine compassion made a world of difference during those crucial first hours. Mary was equally wonderful, bringing both professionalism and kindness to every interaction. She took the time to answer my questions, encouraged me through my first steps, and reassured me when I felt uncertain. Together, Iris and Mary made my recovery experience as smooth and positive as possible. Their dedication, patience, and empathy truly set them apart. I cant thank them enough for their incredible care, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of outstanding nursing support!

Robin McCasland Outstanding experience! I went in for day surgery but then needed to spend one night in the hospital. Every staff member was friendly, kind, supportive and helpful. The hospital is clean, bright, modern. Even though they had to awaken me every few hours for vitals, it wasn’t a jarring experience. And wow - the hospital meals are actually GOOD. Tasty and healthy. If I could give the hospital higher than five stars, I would.
