Harsh Patel I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pandya’s for several years now. Dr is great and very knowledgeable. One aspect that consistently impresses me is their onsite blood testing service. Having the convenience of getting blood tests done right there saves me the hassle of visiting a separate lab. Moreover, their phlebotomist is exceptionally skilled; she effortlessly finds the vein, ensuring a smooth experience without unnecessary discomfort. This attention to detail and expertise truly sets Dr. Pandya’s medical center apart.

T M Dr. Baker is a really good doctor. Shes a good listener and doesnt hurry the appt along. Office staff is polite and the wait time is not long. Very professional

Kathryn Ray Moreno I had a horrible experience here and was turned away due to being pregnant. How am I supposed to even know that that is their policy to not see pregnant women? I just wanted to be seen for a sinus infection. The nurses didn’t even apologize, just said they cannot see me and that I can come back after the baby is born. I’m not sure what makes them think that I want to come back after making me feel terrible and embarrassed.

Melissa I highly recommend Pam Foster with Tall City Healthcare. Pam truly listens, answers all questions, takes the extra minute if need be to make sure you’re truly okay, and makes sure all my medications are all aligned with my daily routine/needs for my diagnosis. You genuinely receive compassionate care, her nurses are always helpful/kind, and it is a safe environment for anyone who walks in her clinic. Her patients health and safety are of top priority to her and her staff. Amazing team all the way around!! Thank you Pam and your amazing staff for making such a wonderful difference in my life!!

Judson Industries I was in a bad MVA. Was having a real hard time with life. Then I came to this place the nurses and staff were exceptionally well versed in theyre fields. The Physical therapy staff how ever when I met them I heard top gun music. Mrs. Patrysha and Mrs. Kendall they are the absolute best Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. I think of them as the female versions of maverick every time I think about them I hear the theme song from top gun. Absolute heros in my opinion they have a difficult job. They have to push you when your hurt. They know exactly what to say to get the absolute best results out of you. I am forever in debt to them and will be eternally grateful. I got my mobility back and my life back. Thank you girls so much. Very kind and understanding hospital I recommend encompass to anyone needing to get back to life thank yall Sincerely Judson Kinney

Grmngrl Gr Excellent and professional staff. Very kind. It would be beneficial to patients like myself, If the facilities would have an aqua therapy session. A Safestep tub to help with bathing as well as to work on aching joints and muscles. I needed that for leg and hip joint.

Guy Quiett I have driven both my father and my mother-in-law to this office. It’s a 2.5 hr drive each way. My father was treated very rudely and kept waiting by the front office staff. The Dr was very abrupt and dismissive. We did not go forward with his surgery through them. My mother in law had hip surgery with Dr dickens-it went fine. However her follow up was a nightmare. The office called 4 times to reschedule! The day arrives-we make the long drive- only to be told she missed her appointment and they couldn’t get her in for hours. Needless to say everyone was highly pissed off. My 85 year old mother in law will NOT be returning to this office ever again. There are other choices-I suggest you pick one! This business will continue to lose business if they cannot get better trained, pleasant staff.

Wendy Purdie Dr Brennon and his staff were fantastic!!! So incredibly sweet, & Dr Brennon is compassionate and actually wants to solve the problem instead of just covering it up.. Thank you for such a great experience!!!

Delissa Bradley Save yourself the frustration. Office staff is rude, unprofessional and act like you’re an inconvenience. I’m not sure how they have any patients at all here.. Pretty sure while they were cleaning my sons ear out his ear drum was busted call to explain he has fluid draining and the girl on other end asked me what I wanted ??? Uhhhhh an appointment? Ask the doc if this is normal?? Save yourself the headache

Ashley Eames I have been coming to this doctor’s office for more than 10 years and the past six months it is now impossible to get someone on the phone. All I am needing to do is schedule my Depo shot appointment and have been trying for weeks with no luck. Requested an appointment online left messages with the answering service as well as waited on hold multiple times. No. Luck! I have reached out to them via [email protected]. hopeful to hear back from them!

Keith Wright Do not attend this facility for long or short term anxiety. I have had to wait over a week for my prescriptions every single time, even after the very first month. I most recently haven’t heard anything from them. This causes extreme withdrawal symptoms. They are less worried about you, and are more worried about their pockets. The front desk “ladies” can only offer their attitudes. I’m pretty sure that these are the brains that are vetting the message portal meant for the doctors or someone at least qualified. They do have a very nice website/app that they will set you up with, and they will never respond to you or acknowledge you. You are welcome.

Elizabeth M Dr. Shayeb is an excellent diagnostician and is very thorough. Always on time to see me, I’ve never had to wait.

NANCY WHITE Mabee get a nurse practitioner to cover on the days off.

Mayrelis Valdivia Pediatric suite 102 mistreats the patients who, with great anxiety, go to cure our childrens pain. They do not treat them well, especially their manager Katy Torres, who instead of correcting her staff tells me to take my daughter to another hospital, and I slander that I offended their staff in English, which I dont even speak, how am I going to offend them in their language if I dont know it. Anyway, dont take your children there

Brianna Diaz I really liked the resident that took care of me. She was great! However, I was there more than 3 hours for a routine checkup and it took 5+ weeks for someone to call me with results. I work in healthcare and that would never fly at most facilities.

Caitlin Moorhead Had our baby girl at MMH at 38w6d induction because I was on blood pressure medication. Dr.Julian was very on top of everything, such a sweet guy and to the point! We had Dr.Nnomadim the morning of our induction, and the shift change had Dr.Chavez who then delivered our baby. I loved them both so much. Dr.Chavez found what is a cyst that she reassured me can be handled in office and to be seen about it. I thought it was my bladder due to pregnancy! Aha. I will say it’s sad to see so many negative reviews for TexasTech due to their system being down for awhile, it is very unfortunate. When you do see them, their staff is very kind and on top of it! Very friendly environment. Nurse Norma &Kelly are very sweet and helped me so much with getting things figured out. The wait time in midland was less than others I have visited for other pregnancies and the lobby is very comforting! :)

Cynthia Alston Wood Let me first say this in no way reflects on Lori Reeves, Myra, or her side of the office. They have always been thoughtful, competent, and professional and my whole family feels well looked after by Lori and her staff. Unfortunately, Lori was not available when we called last week to schedule an appointment for my oldest child, who also happens to be on the spectrum. He simply needed an ear irrigation to help an uncomfortable and frustrating wax blockage. He was scheduled with another provider in the same clinic, Cindy. Now my husband is a fully disabled war vet who is treated at this same clinic for memory issues related to his service, but he now repeats everything and writes it down when told appointment times. Last week he was there in person for his appointment and was told 1:30 appt time for our child and he immediately text me that and put it in our family calendar app. Upon arrival today ( before 1:30 ) he was stopped at the front desk and asked to provide our son’s social security number. We have never been asked this before and he had to call me to look it up. I found it and he relayed it to the front office staff. Only then did they tell him sorry. Cindy says your appointment was at 1:15 and you weren’t here so she won’t see you. Now mind you. I had to see this woman a month or so ago and I had to wait on her 35 minutes past my appointment time yet managed to do so with grace and without deciding to be an awful human about it. Now I’m here trying to validate actions I can’t excuse to my child who is uncomfortable and has been for days, who we just told to “make it until Monday” that doctors really are good people meant to help but this one.. well, maybe not her. So if you have someone on the spectrum, need a bit of understanding or compassion, or are a veteran family DO NOT accept an appointment with Cindy at this office. If she’s in a mood she might just arbitrarily refuse to see you for a random made up reason YOU or your child had zero to do with. We already have another appt scheduled with Lori at her earliest availability and will never let our kids be scheduled with anyone else here.

Camille Reynolds They were absolutely terrible I came in two weeks ago for a swollen throat I had already had for a week before and now that Im done with the medicatio I cant stop coughing and I can barley breath so I did a telehealth and the doctor laughed at me and said "when you feel like this youre cough should last 2-3 weeks and the reason your chest hurts is because its sore" and everytime I would come on they would treat me like a child and rush everything.

Vickie McClure Be very aware when dealing with this company. I made monthly payments, paid balance in full and was turned into collections. When I called I was told they did not understand why I was turned in. Admitted I made monthly payments and never missed a payment. Even when I made a payment, the next week I was getting a phone call for another payment. So just be aware!

Anastasia Rosenthal Horrible inexperienced staffing, including absolutely careless office manager, who should be fired. Cant get a nurse to call you back, or anyone in the office who knows any information on how to get lab results. They just put you on hold and dont care for the patients. Nurses lie about lab results, say its normal when its not, and they say your cholesterol results are not high enough for you to worry about thats why they tell you you cholesterol panel is normal. Dr. Castle is a scheme. Beware!!!

Mike Kosmo Dont let the nurse Taylor deal with you. All she does is make inappropriate jokes about serious matters, doesnt actually give any information when asked, hardly knows what patient shes talking to as if she cant be bothered to look at records before speaking (and has revealed private patient info to us from other patients due to this). Absolutely horrific. Our actual doctor was great, but if Taylor comes stomping with her ear bleeding laugh, run.

Kelly Morgan There are a lot of red flags about this clinic that should give new patients pause. It is a large facility and while there may be good doctors, it is very difficult to get clear, consistent, and accurate communication. While I did not care for the doctor I saw, the office management has made continuation of care and transmission of medical records from their office immensely difficult. When trying to retrieve medical records, no one would talk to me until the office manager, Jody, pulled me into an office to tell me she had my records but would not release them to me and I needed to leave or she would call the police to have me removed. This was a malicious power move punctuated by the records being printed and made available as soon as the clinic was open the next morning with only a portal message that I could pick them up from the front desk- no phone call from anyone to go over any of the results they had been witholding. This is not a patient-centered care facility and they are not interested in patients who ask questions or advocate for themselves. I will never return.

Joshua Kendrick The doctors are great, five stars. Other staff not so much. Made an appointment to get a second opinion. The secretary Marisol canceled it. No wonder patients go to Lubbock for medical care. I can’t believe that certain people are keeping others from good healthcare.

Lisa Easley Dr. Musunuru is the best!! So sweet and passionate about her profession. I have tattoos and was not concerned with them. She removed my masses, and there is no evidence to me that anything happened. She amazing!! Shes careful and precise. Thank you!! I rate her a solid 10!! Lisa Easley Link

Tommie MCDONALD I was seen today, Crystal, Dr.Beltrans assistant worked me in for a massive migraine. After being evaluated I was given a sample and offered to lay down in a dark, cold room. I cant say how grateful I am for this doctor and Crystal! I have always recommended them and will continue to do so! I was treated like family and taken care of! Thank you so much!

Connie Armstrong RUN AWAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Is the Dr good? Ill never know because his office staff is a nightmare. I waited weeks to get in after having an abnormal brain MRI. The morning of my appointment the office manager called to cancel (for an understandable reason) and I thought Id be worked in during the next few days. Nope, six more weeks! My stress was through the roof and I began to cry. She finally offered me an appointment the following week and I shared it would be difficult for my husband to get time off again (I cant drive right now) and before I could check my calendar she yelled "Well if its that bad just go to the ER" and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally and rudely. I sobbed for hours while my husband made calls to find another doctor. Finally got in the next day at a doctor 2.5 hours away. So worth the drive! I have serious health issues which must be addressed immediately. Then I get a robocall to confirm my appointment with this horrible place! There was no option to cancel, just confirm or call the office. Im sure as hell not paying these people for a "no show", so I call and have to talk to that nasty woman again. I simply give her my name and the appointment date and say, "I will NOT be there." and I HUNG UP ON HER! Seriously, if I could give a negative number I absolutely would. For the love of God, and for your health, find another doctor!

Sandra Fuglaar Dr. Enakpene was beyond professional while being so gracious and kind and detailed. Her Resident was fabulous!. I highly recommend her! I found myself even laughing with her at the Cardiologists office. Such an absolute blessing! She spendt an incredible amount of time with me on my first visit. She was highly recommended by other top medical professionals!

Harry Weatherspoon After a number of attempts to see these people, appointments made during my days off were canceled by them or they would schedule me on days when I had to work & I would have to cancel. Just found out today that if a patient cancels 3 times they are dropped from the practice. Doesn’t matter how many times they cancel the patient! No idea how good Dr Barnett is, never got to see him. I understand his nurse practitioner is very good. The lady arranging reservations was borderline rude to my wife while trying to sort out yet another appointment, so we will both be looking elsewhere. If you have to work for a living, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
