On the bariatric coordination side Cortnie Robinson makes you feel right at home and like talking to your best friend. She is very informative, supportive and goes above and beyond in her job. They really are a great team of people to entrust your health.

Charlotte Miller Dr Hill is amazing!! I had a melanoma skin cancer removed in Oct of 2023. Since then I have required quarterly visits which required me to travel to the site in Weatherford. When Dr Hill opened her office in Granbury, I was so glad. Upon having my first quarterly visit with her, I was amazed at how thorough she was. She truly examined my whole body with a special light and I felt confident each visit with her since that I am skin cancer free. She is always so upbeat and cheerful - it is a joy to see her!!

MelissaK The office staff was great i will give them that. However, they did an incorrect biopsy for subungual melanoma that often comes back with false negatives when I mentioned that to them when they called me to inform me of my results because they told me it "should just grow out" when I came in there because it HADNT grown out and has gotten not only WORSE, but also spread BIGGER throughout my toenail. I was told Id receive a call back and still havent yet! On top of that for the procedure they charged me 180.50 telling me that was what I owed. Well medicare has processed that claim and all I was to be billed in total was 69.71 so they now also OWE me 110.79!! Im LIVID!!!!

Mark Douglass Got in and out before my scheduled appointment. Very good experience. Easy to talk to and a good listener. He confirmed surgery not needed. Nurse and receptionist were friendly and easy to work with. Overall very satisfied.

Gary Christopher Dr Krone is warm and friendly—easy to talk with and very professional at the same time. I was extremely impressed with his description of my issue and the steps he would take to correct it. He was very detailed and yet made it quite understandable. He also listens well and instills great confidence. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Patty Eatmon My husband and I love Dr Dean. From the very first time they worked my husband in to see a doctor and it was Dr Dean we were sold. He asks questions he listens to you hes punctual Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in his office. Anytime we have a question and we send an email and our portal his office gets back to us right away.

Kieu Trinh Windsor Ive seen Dr. Dean several times now. Entire staff has been so kind. Dr. Dean and his nurse are incredibly attentive. At my age, I was apprehensive about having a male doctor. I feel just as safe and comfortable with him as I do with female doctors. Ive have had the shortest wait time than the majority of other doctor offices. I really do love everything and everyone in his office.

Deborah Hilde I like Dr Kathryn Kline better than any doctor I have ever had. She never makes me wait, she listens to all of my concerns, she has helped me in so many ways, that other doctors never could, and, she is compassionate. I am blessed to have found her.

Shirley Loscuito Dr. Kline is a great doctor. She cares about her patients, she explains everything and she asks questions to make sure you understand. And her staff is friendly and caring. They all make you feel comfortable and you feel like you are important. If you have to go to the doctor her office is the best place to be.

tlc We took a strong feisty feral in for neutering, and he managed to get it done! Dr. Mitch and his staff were so friendly and caring as well as not breaking the bank for the procedure. Our kitty had a bit of a fever and the followup was extraordinary, with phone calls to check up on him. The best vet and staff Ive seen in a long... long time.

Chelsea Pacheco I went here because of all the wonderful reviews, however my experience was not great. They never once told me or asked if it was okay to do what they wanted to. So when it came time to checkout I was expecting a bill of under $200 the bill was over $400. All I got was a sorry someone should have asked you first. The week after I called twice asking if the Doctor would call me to discuss next steps and I was told he would and never did. I ended up driving to another vet that was an hour away and I am glad I did. I feel this place is only in it for the money and not the well being of my furry family member.

Kate Hinton Dr Scott McCall is just a terrific vet and person. I have been taking my pets to him for 12 years and he has always been there through keeping them healthy and then supporting us when old age and illness catch up with our cherished companions. All my furry friends have responded positively to him and relax when he is handling them. Even though my littlest one starts shaking immediately when she comes in the door-once Scott starts gently examining her, she calms right down. He just seems to just connect with his patients. I recommend him wholeheartedly . His staff has always been professional and helpful. Overall a great pet hospital.

Jennifer Shevokas Totally frustrated with this office! I recently went in to go over blood work I had done, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, but then had to waited 55 minutes before I was taken back to a room. I then sat in the exam room for another 25 minutes before a PA come in! This is it not the first or second time that I have wait over an hr for a simple appointment. Previously I waited an hr after a scheduled appointment time just to have blood drawn, I ending up leaving without getting the blood work. Once I left I called and spoke to the office manager and was told they would look into the issue but yet again had the same delay. I would not recommend this office anymore, which really pains me to write, I have been going to this office for more than 20 yrs and this is how they are now attending to patients.

marla mayo Dr. Smith is wonderful and looks at the whole picture for more complex medical situations. We met Christina for the first time yesterday to work on medical clearance for surgery. She is amazing!! Very knowledgeable and takes her time getting to know her patients. Highly recommend this practice to everyone.

jamie alexander My kids (now 5 and 7) have been seeing Dr. O’Carroll since they were babies. I’ve never been anything but satisfied with their care through all of their well-checks, illnesses, and my various concerns. The front staff, nurses, and PA are all friendly; special shout out to Nurse April! I appreciate that Dr. O’Carroll never seems rushed to get on to the next appointment. She always treats me and my children with respect and dignity. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a local pediatrician.

Jamie Moore Dr. Ocarroll and her staff are amazing. As a first time mother, they helped me through all my calls and questions. The front office and Shelby,RN have always been so kind and easy to bring up concerns. I absolutely recommend this group for a pediatrician.

Angie Sandel Day Surgery team from registration to discharge was top notch. Tish in registration is very personable and efficient, the nurse I was assigned for pre-Op, Stephanie, was comforting, patient and attentive. Hands down the best IV placement with one stick and done. The OR team were funny, calming and considerate. Post-Op was a bit fuzzy but the nurse was quick to get me something to drink, ensure I wasnt in pain or discomfort and helped me dress for home. ALWAYS A WONDERFUL STAFF AT LG!!!

Jaylan The labor and delivery unit is hands down the best staff I have ever encountered anywhere. The nurses make you feel so cared for, and are so sweet while doing it. I will forever be grateful for how they impacted my experience with bringing our baby into the world. Special thank you to Karlie and Morgan who always had my best interest in mind and made me feel so much more at peace in moments of chaos. Truly the best day of my life. Side note: this is only my review of labor and delivery… the ER unit was not the same..

Belinda George Wonderful experience with the staff. They were kind,empathetic and professional. However the 3 stars rating is because they were seriously understaffed. Almost 3 hour wait. There was one nurse, one tech and one PA. Waiting room was full and there was a steady stream of people coming in. They should have had the staff to accommodate the number of clients.

Kellin Garcia If I could give this place no stars I would!!!! Showed up at 6pm to have my 14 month old seen because of a high fever and they turned us away because “they have too many patients waiting” literally there was 2 families in the waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous! We drove all the way from stephenville because LAKESIDE said to take her here. It clearly says “walk-ins welcome” not, “limited walk-ins” if you’re not going to accept patients then DONT DO WALK INS

Ashley Wells Labor and delivery was fantastic. My nurse Jessica was a travel nurse but she was the absolute best nurse I could have ever asked for. I cannot say enough good things about her. She advocated for me when I needed it and she was there for me through the whole scary process of labor, I would go to any hospital she was at. My postpartum nurses were also great especially the night shift staff! The food was wonderful. The only issue I had was with anesthesia, I got my epidural so early that it had mostly worn off before I delivered so they had to call someone back in to give me a top off dose.

Malia Wishnow It was such a blissful birthing experience, thanks to all the nurse staff in the L&D and Postpartum units! Nurse Abigail was so kind and made us feel supported through the entire process. Although she’s been a part of hundreds of births over the years, she still treated us very well and communicated throughout the entire process as if we were her first patients. Nursing is truly a calling for her. She is one of a kind and Weatherford Medical City is so lucky to have her! We also loved our OB Dr. April Mikes and would highly recommend her to any of our friends or families. We are grateful to the entire team that delivered our beautiful baby and the hospital experience was memorable because of the warm-hearted staff that made it special.

Gregory Lazaroff Dr Goodchilds office is very thorough. I find both her nursing staff to be exceptional in their care and they take the time to answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed while I’m being seen. The wait time in her office is very minimal. For those new residents looking for a Doctor in Granbury Texas you need to look no further. Act now before she’s full and can’t take on new patients.

Ashley Wooten Dr. Goodchild used to be great. But since her practice has gotten bigger her availability has gotten smaller. Her staff is extremely cold and not welcoming at all. If you need to get in quickly for whatever reason you will not ever be able to see her and you will be asked to see her physicians assistant John Carter. He is absolutely horrible, both my husband and I went in for sickness and all he wanted to discuss is used having sleeping issues, and we got no result from our reason for going in.

Frida S’lavis I went to Fall Creek with my cousin Meaux Luster and the experience there was that of Bourbon street... looked a little overwhelming at first due to the remodeling of the front lobby but once we got in there it was very pleasant. The staff there was wonderful and the doctors were just as kind. Everyone loves Bourbon street with a side of frog legs. I gave 5 stars because everyone should try it once!! Add

Ebony Townes I went into the office today to fill out a records request form and forgot to put down the doctors name that my son would be seeing. When I handed one of the front desk staff, an older thin Caucasian woman my paperwork she asked what the name of the doctor was I told her and apologized for forgetting to write it down. She clearly had an issue with that so as I was walking away she proceeded to call me a very inappropriate name. My experience was horrible and very unprofessional I called in to make a complaint and havent heard back yet, Im hoping something gets done about this soon!
