Dr. Naini at the CenterWell South Garland location is that doctor. Her team - Emily her MA and Giselle who handles her front office - show the same level of expertise and courtesy. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients until the time I left I felt comfortable and everyone here seems to actually care about patients having a pleasant experience. I didn’t feel like I was in the way or taking up anyone’s time. EVEN the staff who checks you in have great hospitality and are super caring. The doctor was so patient and thorough, he explained everything so well and even gave me a print out of information that showed what I can do until I return for my follow up visit. Dr. Basebang was great. He completed my exam in no time while explaining every step, and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. This is all I ask in a doctor. The doctor followed up with test results and inquired about how our child was doing a few days later. We don’t have insurance and found them to be reasonably priced.

Cricia Acevedo I’m giving them only 2 stars because we were the first ones there. There were no more patients when we got there and yet still had to wait 1 hr and a half to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The same guy checking in was the same on taking vitals. He had to step out to answer the phone and come back. I thought this would be a quick in and out but we waited for sooo long. The nurse practitioner was super nice and caring. I just hate the waiting and all the questioning and forms despite not being new patients.

Happy Sailen Very quick and easy checkup clinic, had a botched ingrown toenails and the doctor took care of it. It was a process, but no complaints here. Im feeling way better and my toes feel better too. Ill definitely back for another check up.
