Susan Loper Dr. Daisy is always very attentive and thorough. She checks and/or listens everything from eyes and ears to lungs, heart and stomach. Goes over everything on your labs and asks if you have any questions or concerns.

Santana Deleon My mother went in with a cough and congestion, they were extremely professional, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. Left with an inhaler, prescribed medication, the works! Definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t wanna spend a fortune getting good health care. 10/10

It took weeks for me to decide where to go and I completely believe I made the perfect choice coming to Scenic Mountain Medical Group. Gene Staulcup My Aunt and Uncle became residents at Big Spring Center in early July. The care and attention they have been given has been excellent. The staff has kept me informed of their health and contentment in a timely manner. My uncle past away September 17th at the age of 94 after a short hospitalization. The care and compassion given to my aunt by the complete staff only serves to reinforce the fact I placed them at Big Spring Center was the correct decision..

Michelle Shafer The staff at Big Spring Center for Skilled Care are very kind and compassionate about their patients. I feel I have made the right choice in my dads care by placing him here. The staff listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. They are very helpful and are able to meet all of my dads needs. The facility is spacious and very clean too.

Mary Mclellan I went to the Cogdell Memorial Hospital ER when I was 5 days postpartum with a severe headache and high blood pressure. Sherry Early, LVN got me in to see the doctor quickly. Dr. Wyatt saw me immediately and identified the problem, and called my OB to discuss my condition. Within 10 minutes of arrival I was seen and assessed by the nurse and the doctor, had an IV in, and was receiving medications to bring my blood pressure down before moving me to the OB department. I appreciate the speedy and efficient care I received by both Sherry and Dr Wyatt.

Brandi Went in for my broken foot and got seen right away. The nicest ER staff Ive ever met! I mean from the front desk, the x-ray tech, the nurses, and Dr. Kidwai were all great! Best ER experience Ive had by far! Thanks again!

Monica Rocha Suzanna is amazing, she is thorough and makes me feel like a person and not just a patient! She went through my meds one by one and was able to fix some things that were over looked by prior doctors.

Sherri Beason When asking questions or requesting something on myChart someone else answers for her. When requesting a specific lab for my appointment I was told no by her nurse that Marcie will tell me what labs need taken. I requested for Marcie to be given the message I never heard from her. If I have to wait 15 days for an appointment and I know what is wrong with myself, why cant I have the labs done and ready for the appointment? I am the one paying for everything so what does it matter....
