Jewell Larmier I had problem breathing thru my nasal passage . Dr Source operated on my problem miraculous the staff was the best, if you have ears nose throat problems hes the Dr. To see . I am doing great. Dont go there I got a infection from the surgery so bad, I have been so sick for 2months from the infection from the nostril, I have never been on antibiotics that long and still fighting it. She truly cares and she takes her time to help you understand with detail. She is absolutely a gem of a doctor.

Janet Leichliter Dr Stauffer performed a colonoscopy on me. Three days later I found myself in the ER with acute peritonitis, and potentially hours to live, due to a long gash in my colon. I underwent partial removal of my colon, and had the colostomy bag procedure. When my surgeon contacted Dr Stauffer about this critical event, he said he did not know there was a problem. I NEVER heard a word from him. After suffering for months from the complications of this colonoscopy, I was able to go to Mayo Clinic to get everything up and running again. I was fortunate to find a great surgeon in Marble Falls, who took me in for life saving surgery immediately, and Mayo who reversed the life saving measures performed by my surgeon. I believe people should be aware that this happened when you are considering a colonoscopy to be performed by Dr Stauffer.

Amanda Nelson This Doctor needs retirement. He caused my son, unbelievable pain and infection after his surgery that had been performed by Dr Stauffer one week after in his office, putting him into shock. Dr Stauffer has no time to explain anything and doesn’t really want to. He gives you that “I really don’t care” attitude and is very reluctant on answering any questions. Doesn’t actually even want to answer questions. Thank God, we found a solution through someone else. This person stated that if we had kept with Dr. Stauffer that my son would have taken one year to heal. Now it is looking like 6 to 8 weeks.

Tammy Rohlf Brought my husband in to the ER with what ended up being pneumonia. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, compassionate and explained each step of the process. The tests were completed quickly and his first dose of meds were given. Dr. Martinez was great, and from the nurses to imaging and lab we had no issues. We had the best experience here and if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for taking care of my husband.

Landon Turner Went to the ER for extreme abdominal pain. Doctor was to worried about his admit to discharge time to wait 30 mins for ultrasound to look at my gallbladder and discharge me. 1 week later at a different ER I was being prepared for surgery for a gallbladder that was so necrotic it was nearly falling apart.

Anabel Hewitt The incident that happened October 2024. I brought my daughter in to be seen and was told I had a past due balance of $85. I told the receptionist that I could pay today’s copay, but could pay the past due balance next week. I was sent to talk to Carol and explained the situation and that I’d be happy to give them my card information so they could automatically have it withdrawn. Her reply was that she sent me letters about the past due balance. I explained to her that I did not receive the letters nor a phone call Carla told me it wasn’t their job to call patients. I just wanted to come up with a game plan to pay for the past due balance within just a week it would have all been paid and tried to explain the situation again, but then things began to escalate. She yelled at me in front of my daughters and I was kicked out of the office. I then called my mother in law, Amy, who came up and tried to deescalate the situation. She paid the $85 for me, and asked if we could still be seen. Carla then took us in the back to give my mother in law misinformation about the situation to make me upset so I would yell so she could kick me out for the second time. She just kept trying to start a fight with us. All I wanted was my daughter to get seen, so I didn’t fight with her! We live in Kerrville and if it wasn’t such a drive we would not have stayed. The other staff was incredibly nice and my daughter was able to see one of the doctors, that day. Because of this incident, I have decided to move my daughter to Kerrville Pediatrics . While the behavior of one member of the staff may not speak on behalf of the company, if you may be able to do so, kindly look into the behavior of this person to make sure that the incident does not happen again. It will be such a shame to have the reputation of the company be tarnished by a single employee

Bill Fore I have been with Dr. Johnson at Fredericksburg Clinic since 2017, and have received excellent care from medical staff, office and labs. I get responses from messages sent to the doctor on the portal promptly, usually within an hour or two. I am normally able to get appointments within a day. I also phoned once over a weekend and was routed to the on call doctor. I was taking the new prescription by the end of the day. My spouse also now sees Dr. Johnson, and our experience has been consistently excellent.
