Chyane Garmer I had my surgery recently and even though I was waiting for a room that never seem to come. I had wonderful staff around me at all times including the CNRA that checked on me (which has never happened before, for me). The care nurses would joke with me and ensured me constantly they were working on the room. Yes the wait was long for the room but when I got to the room, I was greeted by a super sweet nurse, lab techs, and my doctor. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything and it was wonderful to see staff that actually seemed happy. Including the constant apologies about the wait for the room. It wasn’t hard to see why the room took so long, it seems to be a bit understaffed. However, it was a much better experience than some of stays I’ve done at Scott and White.

Jerry Jarnagan Over the past year, Ive had to take my 94 year old Father to Seton ER 3 times. Ive had to go once myself after a fall from a ladder and Ive had to take my wife once. Each time, weve experienced the best care. The longest weve ever waited for treatment was about 2 hours. If wed been at the big hospital in the area, wed have been there for minimum of 4-5 hours. Most of the time, it is less than 30 minutes. The staff is always compassionate and attentive. If I can avoid it, none of my family will ever set for in the big hospital in Temple again. We will always come to Seton in Harker Heights because we know we will receive care in a timely and professional manner. Thank you for providing an alternative to the "Big Box" hospital in Temple.
