2 /5 PAHL: I came in to inquire about home and auto rates. The customer service person up front was very nice. She had to walk me back to the sales representative which was another young lady who was nice. I ended up leaving because this office just felt very unprofessional and was just missing the basic customer service qualities that I expect. No handshakes, introductions or anything you would expect in the professional world. The ladies were nice, but what did it for me finally was when I asked to use the restroom and was told they didnt have a public restroom because of previous incidents? Im a potential new customer and we are in Friendswood???
